I went here on my birthday to redeem a birthday drink and order a few holiday drinks for my family. When someone was finally... able to serve me they started with telling me it would be 15-20 minute wait. I do appreciate the heads up as I had my baby andyoung daughter with me. I?m a pretty patient person so the wait would have been fine I could see they were busy and workinghard. I asked how I could redeem my birthday drink as I had never done so before. She just kept telling me you scan your app?, Ikept explaining to her I don?t know how or what she means as I had only ever ordered ahead off of the app. So I never had toscan anything. I could tell she was frustrated with me for not knowing how to use the app in store and I know it?s not her faultif I don?t understand but I?m sure she knows how to do it as she works there and apparently that?s what people do when theyorder a drink in store. I also know what it?s like to be super busy and work under pressure, not to mention how difficultcustomer service is especially when you?re busy but she could have easily been more helpful and friendly. She just kept sayingscan your app instead of showing me how to do it. When I finally figured out on my own what to scan and where to scan it as shedidn?t even say oh just find the code and hold it under this scanner right here m. I couldn?t figure out how to redeem mybirthday drink and by this time there was a line behind me so I stepped out of line and tried to figure the rest out but endedup leaving when I still couldn?t figure it out. Which I guess is fine too because I went home and made my own drinks and savedthe money. Customer service is so important and good customer service goes a long way. Read more

I ordered through mobile order and was waiting for 20 minutes with no sign of my order when I asked they said they had to speak... to their manager and still nothing and finally I just asked if they could make me my drink and when they did it was a sad excusefor a latte. Given the price I expect better. If the location is so busy maybe they should expand or open another location tocope with the masses Read more

How awful! I order 3 of the breakfast wraps....I was informed they had to check if there was enough to make 3...she said it... could be done. Well not happy...I paid money for 3 but with barely any filling it could've been better if it was 2 wraps. Howupsetting...to pay so much for the wraps....I took the filings and split it into 2...this way I can taste the filling! I hadthe exact same in Nanaimo....that was delish and full. Why I ordered 3 for me and my family...so not the same! Fill them up..let people taste the filling! Don't rip people off... everything is expensive! That was supposed to be dinner but it wasn'tenough! If it had the proper amount of filling it could've been a great dinner! I wish I got what I paid for! Read more

I?m going to start off with, I know this spot is busy. Today when I went it wasn?t. I did a mobile order and went in when it was... supposed to be ready 2:08. I was waiting inside for 10 minutes while no one even looked at me and the supervisor was singing.One girl asked the supervisor about a drink (pretty sure was mine) and she said ?don?t worry about it?. Multiple people came inand out while I stood there. 2:20 I left and went through the drive through (can?t ignore me there) after I told the girl in thedrive through I got to the window and all of the girls were laughing including the supervisor. 35 minutes later in the drivethru .. I got two iced coffees. Never again will I return and give mean supervisors my money. No apologies. Doesn?t seem likethey wanna try anymore. Read more

Very very busy location but the staff handle it well. The cashier working the till was short and not very friendly, however the... baristas were busting their butts to get drinks made and put out. Coffee tasted great though! Read more

I was at this very busy Starbucks this morning. The staff is friendly and courteous and the coffee good. However, I ended up... waiting about a half hour for a large pour over decaf coffee. I had someone waiting for me in the car. I was very unhappy aboutthis very lengthy wait and got to the point that I felt like leaving without my coffee despite having paid for it. Things werebusy but the bottom line is that I think my order was forgotten and I found the long wait time was unacceptable. Read more

I don't like going to Starbucks as much lately. Most of the time the staff is so busy that they fail to even look like they are... having the time of their life. I have observed this at the various Starbucks in Victoria, Broadmead, Duncan, Nanaimo and thelike. Also, my product isn't always filled to the brim as in recent years. I guess true customer satisfaction doesn't seem tolive at Starbucks any more!!!???? Read more

I have stopped in this location off and on for years. The staff has always been pleasant. I noticed this time its been recently... renovated. I always go in as the drive through is always busy lol. But after being on the ferry its always nice to get out. Read more
