I really appreciate the customer service here. I know it's kind of an in out type shoppe, cut they don't try to rush you through... and also go the extra mile by making suggestions that might add to your meal. So obviously the management here has hired apositive staff treating the customer very well. I've been in several Subways where they are just get you in and out and cold. Myhusband enjoy there courteous staff....we'll be back over and over. Read more
I occasionally buy from this location and I've never had a problem with the staff here. They've always been pleasant and... efficient, and when you tell them you want extra or 'a lot' of whatever, you get enough that you don't have to ask for more.Lines during busy periods tend to move quickly - the only slowdowns I've ever seen have involved customers who let their braintake the day off. Subway varies depending on the location. The last few times I've come to the Duncan location I have been very happy. Good... service, great work ethic, polite and my sandwich comes out the exact way i picture it before ordering. I wish all locationswere as good as this one. Read more
