Sadly went to this location this morning and who did I see? One of the district managers down talking the homeless, telling... them they shouldn't be dressing up on how they are dressed, telling them to clean up the garbage (which wasn't there mess in thefirst place) and, telling them they smell really bad. It isn't OK to tell homeless to do any of this. This district manager hasa home, privacy, a warm home but to shame this homeless outside your area is not okay. I hope you see this. I hope you feel badabout yourself. Publiically apologize to these people because they don't have a home. All they see if a place to seek to warmup, temporarily, feed themselves IF they got money. To see your disgusting act as a district manager was gross. To see the wayyou truly are is embarrassing. I hope you see the fact that you have to live with what you did to these poor people. rightfullywrong in your shoes . Read more

Went through drive at 619 pm asking for bagels and an ice coffee, they told us they had no bagels or ice coffee left because... they were closing in a few hours, google says 10pm. All the chairs were up in the lobby at this time as well. Bummer. Read more

Consistently wrong order, slow. Also, if you ask for no bacon on something that usually comes with bacon and triple check with... them to ensure that they won't add bacon, there's a 100% chance that they will still add bacon, maybe even a little extra bacon. Read more

order taker was inexperienced and nobody was helping her out. did not know how to work the till properly and told me they don't... do breakfast after 4 pm when all i wanted was a belt with no egg no cheese. you should STILL be able to punch that in if thatswhat the person asked for. got charged extra for that. food didn't come until just a little under 10 minutes. soup and sandwichperson, the same person who took my order, was behind the food counter going 'I don't know how to make this.' for every orderthat came through. then why are you making yourself responsible for the food? if you don't know how to make anything, leave itto someone else. edit: i'd like to mention that it was not busy at all during the time i got there. and i know how it is beinga new worker in food service and i actually work at a tim hortons branch myself. I know that it does not take almost 10 minutesto make a belt and a wrap. she also stood around for a good 5mins before someone came to help her. mind you all that i did nothear her ask for help once. Edit just got 2 farmers wraps today and there is egg shell in the eggs. They need to learn how to crack eggs if they are going... to start using fresh eggs Its timmies they usually get your order right and the time you have to wait can vary on how busy thedrive thru is. Front staff is friendly Read more

Going off on what other reviews are saying, I do think the service is slow. However, there is a mass wave of low employment and... short staff in BC, so that I can understand Going off on food, the chicken can by dry sometimes, but other then that it'spretty tasty chicken, especially their cravable chicken sandwich. Their drinks are always good. I've never had a poor tastingdrink but, how can you mess up about ice capp anyway? My only complaint is that the kind of food they have at different timesof day differ. However, I see this as a positive, because it means that the food is INDEED fresh If you're passing by theDuncan plaza, this is definitely a spot you shouldn't skip if you enjoy coffee Read more

Wildly inconsistent. Sometimes it's great, other times you end up without the drink you ordered 3 times during the ordering... process and you get a sandwich that looks like someone balled it up in their furious fist before tossing it into a bag. Read more

Pretty much kinda just like basically every other run-of-the-mill stereotypical Tim Hortons. This one the seating area is a... little limited. Can be busy at times. Coffe tastes just like Tim Horton's coffee. And the food looks the same too. Hashbrownwas a little dried out today. Sandwich was fine. Have a look at the pics. There is no shortage of Tims in this town, so ifyou don't like this one, you can go to the other one, or the other one, or the other one, or wait for the new one. Approx 1Tims for 2000 people. Not a bad ratio. Enjoy! Read more
