First of all I don't really fault the employees at this location as its likely their first job and they're doing the best they... know how. But when you come in and see employees eating in the back in the drive thru when they see you visibly at the counter,it doesn't leave a good impression. Secondly, the girl at the front told me her manager told her they don't take reusable cups.Every other Tim Hortons does. A quick google search reveals so. Overall it just seems like the management is horrible here whichis a shame. The dining room is actually very nice but the washrooms are disgusting. Just seems no one cares here. Ordered 2 coffees and a bagel with butter. Took 1 minute for the coffee and 10 minutes for the bagel. 1 of the coffees was a... tea. Never going back again, waste of time. Staff is no hurry with 8 people lined up inside and 10 cars lined up outside. Read more
I don't like Splenda and it upsets my stomach. This location should invest in some hearing aids for the younger employees here.... Plus they are rude and have and respect for anyone. Read more

TL;DR: Don?t waste your time. Waited in store and watched as the poor understaffed team tried to keep up with the drive thru.... One family was in front of me. After 10 minutes, the family in front of me finally had their order taken. After another fiveminutes of standing in front of the till, no one had acknowledged me or taken my order, and the family ahead of me hadn?treceived even a single item. Really enjoy the convenience of this Tims! The location is great. Always has fresh donuts and a good ice capp, which is all I... really go for. Staff are helpful and happy. They seem to be a bit short staffed and the wrap around drive thru line is a bitawkward. Read more
Just ordered a hot chocolate, it came with the lid already, cup used, and half full. Absolutely grossed out. Then we to get a... new one and the lady went into the back of the store with it for some reason, came back out and I took a sip tasted exactly likedish soap.
