I always have a terrible experience at this location. However, today annoyed me so much that I need to post a public review... about it. I went through the drive through and ordered 2 toasted & buttered croissants. Not a difficult order IMO, somethingthat I have ordered many many times in the last 20+ years. The drive through voice informed me that they could not toast mycroissants. I pressed them to find out why I can't have them toasted anymore, they said that they get stuck in the toaster andcatch fire... They said that they could microwave them instead. I conceded even though a microwaved croissant is not really whatI wanted. They then informed me that they could not butter them for me either but they could give me butter on the side. I stoodmy ground on this point, asking them to butter it for me as I do not want to be cutting and buttering a croissant in my car,they already leave enough crumbs and this is something that should be able to be done with no issues. They have knives andbutter. They agreed and sent me to the window. I received my order with butter on the side....Arrrggg..... I again asked them tobutter them for me. I was told they could not. I told them that I was not going to cut and butter them in my car and they needto do it for me. Reluctantly she took it back and asked me to drive to the front and wait, they would bring it out to me. Friendliest drive thru staff at 6am-they boosted my morning. Fast and delicious.
Charges $11 for the same meal that I can get at other Tim's for $8. They rip you off here. I've also seen insects/wasps in the... donut case. Skip this one and go to Mill Bay Tim's. Read more
Place is good and food was okay. But store has lot of bees or wasp instead and the are sitting on the donuts kept in the donut... shelf. It?s a really unhygienic and staffs don?t care about it when I asked about it. That?s a food safety issue. So never getany donuts or muffins if you?re interested in infested food. They don?t have any visible bug traps also inside the store. Read more
This was the worst Tim Horton's experience I have had. They were obviously short staffed. I realize the staff give drive thru... priority, but I ordered a breakfast sandwich inside that took about 15 minutes to arrive. As they were wrapping it, one of thestaff accidentally dropped it on the ground. Another staff member came over looked in the package, I assume to check for dirt,then shushed the one who dropped it, re-wrapped it up and handed it to me. Read more
Slowest service Tims store anywhere. Half the time they do not have Boston Creams. This time they had zero of the dream donuts... and when asked what they did have , they listed seven donuts types only starting with cake. Was in drive thru line 20 minutescould not exit. They served one customer at a time. This particular store is consistently bad but this time they toppedthemselves. Read more
3.5 Nice. New. Fresh. Bright. Clean good service. I like the red stools and the subway tiles walls. They were making something... fresh (which is good) but it was sooo loud it sounded like they were mixing concrete. Kinda killed the realization. Electriccharging station. Read more
Consistent and not overly expensive but good variety of food and snacks and beverages.
