I'm a veteran and was able to sit at the bar. The young lady at the bar was beyond busy but she served me inorder and rather... quickly considering the establishment was full. 4 adults 2 children. We ordered bonelessBuffalo chicken bites, sauce on the side, quesadilla burger with 1.00 wings on the side,... hh boneless bites, beef nachos, kids corndog w ff and a chicken salad. We were seated, got drinks. The Pepsi did not taste likePepsi, the waitress was apparently having a very bad day and took it out on us...When the other girl came to take our order wetold her our selections after my niece and her wife decided what to get their son and gave her their order after getting mymother's order she took mine and walked off. We waited 45 minutes for our food at the least. We asked how much longer it wasgoing to be. There were other people there that had been there before us. There was no rush. They were not busy. We then gotattitude from the server. We waited another 15 minutes and finally got our food. My nephews corn dog was cold, my other nephewsboneless bites were cold and looked old. My beef on my nachos was room temp at best and well over cooked and dry. The hhbonelesswings were cold and dry. The quesadilla burger had very dry pieces of meat and a minimal amount of lettuce when my niece askedfor everything. Her boneless wings were cold as well. My mother's chicken salad was about the only thing we can say wasok. Needless to say we will not be going there again. Service and food were at best mediocre. When we left, there had been 3gentlemen that got there after us and got their food before us andeft before we did about 15 mins or more and their plates werestill sitting on the table. The one waitress was wearing a bright colored hoodie as well. I would hate to accuse anyone of beingbiased against my niece and her wife, or maybe it was my nephew with cerebral palsy but we were treated poorly without any causeso I'm left wondering why that may have been. Food was nasty. Ordered steak rare it came extremely overcooked (med or well) and tough to cut and eat. Our appetizer of 8... boneless wings took over 20 min to hit our table. We sat at the bar. Bartender was friendly but definitely needed to clean the counters, as most of the seats were emptybut the... counters were dirty. We got those cleaned and it was much better. Drinks were good and food was too. For the price you can'tcomplain. Read more
Visit yesterday was tremendously better than usual. The one and only reason we don't frequent it more is the service is... tremendously slow. It's taken a hour one to many times and that's for a table of two. We NEVER go there if we don't have time towait eons. The meal yesterday came out in a timely manner and food s on point it usually is a good product. Just need to work ongetting it out on a reasonable amount of time. Maybe that's been solved.... I get the same thing every time I go here. I get the ribs. They forgot to add the coleslaw but who cares the ribs are super... good. Wife got some wonton taco things and the steak and shrimp parmesan. She didn't have any issues with her food. Was a bitexpensive with tip, over $60 for two entree's and an appetizer and donut holes for dessert. Won't stop me from going backthough. Read more
Had to have our drinks remade - tasted like koolaid/couldn't taste the liquor - asked for the margarita, not a margarita.... Manager did fix without issues. Ordered app at 9pm. Pick up is at 9:25pm. I arrived there and couple got in before me n I waited. Couple got food n I still wait... till 940pm. Never again. I should have got the food before the couple. Too long await. Picked up n arrived my home, my ice creammelted. Faaak. Read more
