This is a traditional main street diner, and the food is perfectly prepared and quite delicious. The servers were all very kind... and helpful and attentive. I cannot imagine how the experience could have been more positive. Their breakfast rocks! This pastSunday we went for brunch at Boomarang, and we could tell when church let out. Nicely dressed, smiling people found their way inand filled the restaurant. It was pleasant to sit on the east side near the kitchen because I could see the entire room.Everyone was smiling and talking, and enjoying their food. Boomarang is my go-to for comfort breakfast food. That's not all theyserve by any means, but that's my weakness! Check it out if you haven't. Read more
This particular location is ok. Keep in mind this is breakfast time. The food wasn't anything to write home about. The food was... warm, not hot. My nieces was with me and with her order, she was suppose to get one scrambled egg. When she received her food,she received enough egg for one bite. The service could use some work. My table was only checked once, and everyone neededrefilled, which never happened. Read more
I was so hungry when my breakfast arrived that I immediately began eating before I took pictures! I had there two egg breakfast... which comes with your choice of meat as well as hash browns and biscuits or biscuits and gravy. Of course I chose the latter. Inormally don't eat all my food. I feel uncomfortable when I eat too much, but there was no way I was going to leave half abiscuit and half a bowl of delicious sausage gravy sitting on the table so I willingly covered that biscuit with gravy and theyate it! Over medium eggs are hard to cook, mine were perfect. The service was very good, the staff was pleasant and helpful, andthe have great coffee cups! What's not to love? Read more
I almost don't have words for just how great this place was to find. You don't always find a place that's willing to serve... anything to do with breakfast past 10 AM and even the rest of the menu was of a classification I have to describe as indulgentenough to clog my arteries if eaten too frequently. It was lovely. Coming from Texas, I hadn't found anything like this. Thewhole place was an experience and while it wasn't extremely busy inside, we saw plenty of delivery orders going out throughvarious services. Service was exceptional and attentive, and the decor was extremely interesting and representative of popculture icons of the past. It was extremely appreciated that there was a second accessible bathroom. Most people probably don'tunderstand the importance of this. Read more
Prices are atrocious compared to portion size. Ordered the chicken strip basket and got 3 small strips and maybe 1/2 cup of... fries. Chicken was over cooked. Also ordered the hot hamburger plate to receive a very well done burger on soggy toast. $4 Rootbeer mug(pictured) compared to $2.59 Root beer without mug. 10/10 would NOT recommend. This is my second review!! I wasn't able to go back to the same one but this one is in Duncan and I am very satisfied! Service... was excellent and the food was good and fast! Hot and delicious ????.
