THIS PLACE IS DISGUSTING & AN ABSOLUTE JOKE!! After I complained online, I got an email from a District manager Carl Austin, he... said he?d look into the problem but I never heard back from him again after over 2 months. On top of that, since complaining andgiving them my phone number, I started getting tons of threatening calls and texts, most from the same area code as Duncan.THAT?S NO COINCIDENCE!! Apparently Mr Austin thinks it?s funny to give out your info, and obviously could care less about thislocation, so chances are great that all of the others he oversees are the same way. I?ve had nothing but problems out of thisplace. And one of the managers there, Melissa is an absolute joke of a manager. I?ve seen some pretty horrific reviews about herand this location on here, and will never step foot back in this place. In fact, I?m going to do everything I can to see thatthe health department shuts them down. Read more

DON?T EAT HERE!!!! I have a friend that used to work there, and OMG the stories he told me about what all goes on is... disgusting!! He?s told me about them intentionally dropping cooked & uncooked meat on the floor, then serving it to customers.Very large bags of fries spilling onto the cooler floor, and instead of washing them or throwing them away, they just servethem. He even told me that one of the managers Melissa, spit on at least 2 different customers? food before giving it tothem. They hardly ever clean their equipment, and said they?ve gone as long as 8 months without cleaning out the fryer. Theynever clean the machine for shakes because it?s ?too hard?. When someone complains about their food, everyone just laughs. Hesaid NEVER complain about your food and get them to remake it because they will spit on it most of the time if the customerscan?t see them. It?s bad enough for one of the regular employees to do these kinds of things, but when a manager (like Melissa)is doing it right along with the rest, I will never trust them. THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT SHOULD SHUT THEM DOWN!! Read more

I literally sat in the drive thru line for a good 8/10 minutes before I was even able to order with only one car in front of me... which was a cop car! This location has went way downhill the past year. I'm sure a lot has to do with staffing issues because ofcovid but come on! 10 minutes Inna drove thru line with one car ahead is ridiculous! I was late picking my daughter up fromschool because of it. And my burgers were cold. So not happy this time around! And this is what you get when you ask for noketchup and no tomato! Seriously?!? Went through the drive thru today at breakfast to get to double croissants from Burger King which as this sign in there drive... thru clearly states are 2 for $5. The very rude woman at the window charged me $8. I mentioned I thought they were 2 for $5 andshe said we don?t do that on the doubles only singles which I said ?the sign said it the singles are 2 for $4 and the doubles 2for $5 according to your sign? she replied it ?rang up $8? & just glared at me. I was hungry so I paid my $8 got my food whichwas good. I pulled around to snap the photo of the sign after leaving the drive thru. I went to the site on the slip taped tothe bag as I wasn?t given a receipt. I submitted an honest review with my number in the designated spot for a manager to contactme. Since then I have received spam calls nonstop from different Duncan cell numbers threatening me with legal action forillegal packages seized at the border. I never received calls of this nature until I submitted that complaint. I suspect theysell the phone number entered. Also I never was contacted by anyone from Burger King. Will try avoid going back for a good longbit while I block all these calls. Read more
