The eating area was filthy!! Barley any clean tables to sit at!! And the employees were just messing around
Probably one of the worst experiences I have ever had. I placed a order and not only was the lady at the window very rude but... once I got to my office I noticed my order was wrong. So we call to have them re make it and I would come pick it up. A man (whosaid was a manager) proceeded to be very ugly and making jokes about how my health issues in not being able to eat cheese was ajoke. We go to pick it up and the same manager still found it funny enough to make jokes about it with me sitting right there.Once I leave I call and ask for a manager who refuses to give any name or a number where a complaint can be given. The managercontinued to be very ugly and then hangs up and you can not reach anyone. We personally go here multiple times a week forbreakfast and have never had any issues. Will not return. Read more

DISGUSTING! QUALITY HAS GONE WAAAY DOWNHILL! I hadn?t eaten here in years, remember it being fantastic, yet for the second time... in the same week(we just moved back) my western burger was inedible, I paid 12 bucks and the onion rings were all just a solidchunk of rock hard breading ??? You couldn?t even bite into them literally they were so hard, I almost broke a tooth! fast foodquality has gotten so bad I?m not eating it anymore, like it?s ridiculous, I?ve gotten food on more than one occasion, fromseveral different places that was just plain inedible in the last year. Just left there and the lady taking orders (older lady with short pony tail) had the WORST attitude. Definitely seems like she... hates her job. Didn?t give us sauce like we asked for either and wants to roll her eyes. I never am one to complain but get abetter attitude!! ???? Read more

Ordered a 5 pc. Chicken strip and they were burnt and cold asked to please have some freshly made and the manager gave me a... dirty look and brought this back to us . They were the exact same strips redropped . I know this because the one that is brokenwas in the original order i took to the manager. This was in the evening . Never had any problems until this guy took overnights. Days is always on top of their game and never any problems there . So if you go dont go at night . Read more
Service was very slow. Some cars drove off! Maybe 2 cars in side. I guess they can't find help or it's going south after 15 yrs... of great service! Not friendly. Read more
