Wow. Something's going on at Little Caesars. We've lived here for 9 months now and have ordered from Little Caesars at least... three times. The pizza is great. But I can't seem to figure out that it's possible to want chicken without sauce. This is thethird time I've been delivered the wrong chicken. I called and identified myself and my order, and asked why they sent me thewrong chicken. He said well it says barbecue. I didn't order barbecue I know how to order online the fact that they've screwedit up three times indicates to me that they are not paying attention. It's not the food it's the staff. The young man said wellI'm sorry you got the wrong thing but that's what it says. I told him I appreciated his information and that I would note it andnot order from them again. He didn't respond so I hung up. What happened to customer service especially when apparentlycompanies are begging for business. I think I'll take my business elsewhere. Read more
No 3 meat pizzas ready, charged me .99 for some pizza sauce, really? Every where else it's free.
Great price for pizza. I mean it isn't my favorite pizza ever, but for $20 we get three pizzas so I can't complain. I order... online so that I can get a dairy free pizza, they make it right each time! Read more
If you are hungry and you like pizza, you can get it thick or thin or Chicago style or ultra thin or stuffed. However you want... it. Having wasted an hour trying to get a pizza delivered from another unnamed pizza chain, I was really looking forward to thedelivery of my pizza. The lady was very polite who delivered it and it's hot and exactly what I ordered. There were no snafuswhatsoever. Little Caesars is important for another reason. The owner of Little Caesars paid the rent for Rosa Parks for therest of her life. Not only good pizza, good employees, and the employers with hearts. I will always eat pizza here. Read more
grease was dripping from my fingers after picking up one slice. NOT the quality of food that I usually receive from Little... Caesars. I had a family member order it for me and pick it up and deliver it to work. When I called management she expected meto bring the pizza back...STUCK at work can't leave and have no one to bring it back. The manager was rude and said she didnothing different than usual....I will order from pizza hut next time and another perk is they deliver. So disappointed in thenew management Duncan has hired. The quality of food has really gone down. 11:30 am on 8-17-18. This way you know whatmanager is being rude to customers and putting out grease for food. Read more
