Was nervous to eat here for the first time because it was completely empty at 1 PM and didn't look very clean. Had to stand... around by the counter for several minutes before someone came to take our order. The booths were pretty gross and most of thetables had crumbs on them. Pizza got to us quick, but half of it was doughy and not fully cooked. I did think it tasted good,but for $32 for a large pizza and some cheese sticks, I at least expect the food to be fully cooked. We had a group of seven and the waitress messed up our drink order, gave my husband a refill in someone else?s glass. As if this... were not bad enough , my husband found a piece of hair Inside his pizza. When we told the one waitress she said she would tell someone. After trying three times to get a manager to our table that was never cleaned of used plates, we approached the counterwith the bill. The owner told us nobody told him about the problem and that he had no control over what the waitresses did. Ifthe customer service hadn?t have been so horrible by both staff and owner this may have been an enjoyable dinner party. Read more
