Cold food and the slowest service in Duncan. After waiting 10 minutes for our drinks I walked up to the group of servers... chatting (instead of serving) to cancel the drink order and just get our check so we could leave. Our server seemed new, andthat's fine- but she needs better trainers. Tonight was just very poor service. Read more
The place seems always packed and very busy with not enough staff to handle the take out orders as well as the diners, however... the staff there are very friendly and work very hard. The food is only OK, including their barbecue. The worst meal I had was atake out burger, which was so overcooked and even charred that I ended up discarding it! I should have take a photo andcomplained but was too busy to do that! Attention needs to be payed to the cooking, and time spent waiting for the food. Thefood is pricey for what it is. Read more

Our waitress and the hostess were both really excellent. I ordered some ribs. They were good but a little dry. The sides I... had were green beans and fried okra. The green beans were overcooked. The okra was a little bit dry inside too. Also not veryhot. Also the texas toast was not hot at all. My son ordered brisket. He said it was really dry. And his side of Mac andcheese was terrible. Took 2 hours on a weekday lunch to get seated, served, and eat. They were short staffed which I dont fault our server for, but... it took so long to get things brought to us, or to get our check to leave, etc. They were out of turkey and salad the day wewent so most of our group had to re-order since we weren't told till after our order had been taken. I love Rib Crib but thislocation wasn't my favorite. Read more
The service was nothing short of amazing. Got plenty of refills and the food was very satisfying. The ranch on the salad was... fantastic. Not a fan of the BBQ sause but the meat is tender without it so no loss for me there. Pictured flying pig and kidsribs. Read more
Received this baked potato on a take out order this evening. Not only is it clearly dried out and burnt, when I tried to be a... good sport and just eat the inner portion, I found a gooey brown rancid spot in the center. You should be ashamed for servingthis. Read more
Just stopped in for a late lunch with my husband while passing through Duncan, OK and we both thought it was great. Staff is... very personable and happy to help with a last-minute substitution. I had sliced brisket and my husband had chopped brisket. Bothwere excellent and on the lean side, with some beautiful burnt ends thrown in - yum! I had a baked potato added for a couple ofbucks and fried okra and husband had seasoned fries and green beans, which he actually had to add some salt to. We had anexcellent waiter (Shaquille) who made sure we wanted for nothing. We will definitely be back next time through! ???????? Read more
