The lady and kid working today had the best customer service I've seen in that store in a long time....
Great experience!! Stopped in for lunch today and it was super busy. From what I could tell most people had multiple sandwiches.... I had 3 myself. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. All three of our subs were very well made and the ingredients were sofresh. The ladies were very pleasant and efficient. Will definitely be back! Read more

I ordered online, for curbside pick up,, and the app said that the order would be ready by 5:50 and so I went ahead and got... there early, at 5:40, and I let them know I was there, via the app, and at 5:50 I got a message that my food would be readymomentarily and a sandwich artist would bring it right out. I waited until 6:00 and so I went inside and asked if they hadfinished my order and they told me that they were working on it, right now, but at 6:15, still nothing. The guy that was workingthe register asked me if I would like a cookie, for having to wait, and I said no thanks and continued to wait. In the meantime,I watched several people come and go while I waited, and waited. Finally, at 6:19 the guy handed me my order and never saidthank you, or sorry, or anything. I am not happy with having to wait almost 30 minutes, or the way the situation was handled!Big FAIL Subway! Read more
