Didn't get but 3 pieces of steak on my "double steak" grilled cheese burrito that cost $6.49. The cheese was stuck to the... wrapper. Not one person in line, in front or behind us..Out of SOOO MANY THINGS the 3 times we have gave this place a chance since its... the only option in Duncan past 12...After they handed my food to me, I asked for some mild sauce was told they were out so Ithen asked for any other kind an she said they were completely out???!!! The "girl" that was working the window was on so muchmeth she couldn't even sit still..... WHOEVER OWNS THIS OBSVIOUSLY DOESNT CARE THAT THE WHOLE JOINT IS RAN BY CRACKHEADS. .Ordered the grilled cheese box an it was absolutely disgusting the taco was mushy, chips were broken an stale.. my husband gottacos an a Mexican pizza, GUESS WHAT those were both soggy an disgusting as well. The current crew cannot differentiate between no cheese, or no lettuce on a simple taco. Either they can't read, or they don't... care to. They "make it right" but, it's too simple to have ever been wrong. Read more
Extremely slow service. Drive-through takes close to 20 minutes... To end up getting sub taco bell quality food which we all... know isn't that high to begin with. Every time I'm there I hear the employees complaining about the job. Looks like it is indesperate need of new management. I get its just a taco bell but... Come on. Read more
Lady at drive thru was rude, didn't get queso on my quesorito and the shredded cheese on my kiddos chicken quesadilla wasn't... even melted. It was cold and gross. My expectation for fast food isn't high but that was just bad. Read more
Came by as we were traveling to OKC. Inside, the store was filthy. Tables and chairs/booths were in disrepair. I didn?t even sit... down because it was just gross. Management is another story. They don?t seem to have any respect for their crew members and Ididn?t appreciate how one manager blatantly disrespected a crew member right in front me by telling her to lick her toes.
