The lady behind the counter was having a bad day. She never said hello, thank you, just mad. Got my big bacon classic with hàlf... a piece of bacon. Terrible night shift has next to no management. Food of this caliber is not hard. I asked for a triple and received four... patties. Two of which were shriveled from shelf time so I got a side by side comparison of quality. Like just make new Patty's?No cheese was on any of the order. Is it that bad that you can't go get cheese from the walk in? I never eat fast food in Duncanbecause of the poor cleanliness and sickness being passed around these places. I ate here here about 10:35 this morning October 17th. Ordered a double meat when I got up to the window nobody was in line but... me she asked me to pull up around the corner and park and they'll bring it out and then shut the window I looked at my ribbymirror nobody was there so I was busy on the online auction and then about 20 seconds later the manager came to the window andtold me what's the problem and I just said I wait for my food and he said we're on timers and I go I was told that when there'snobody in line behind me I could wait so he slammed the door A few minutes later brought me my Burger and as he shut the windowhe said don't ever come here again I backed up tried to have a conversation with him you could tell he was in the bad mood Iwould like to talk to upper management for this area you don't tell a customer don't ever come here again Read more

I'm really disappointed with tonight's experience. They almost forgot one of our burgers and they also forgot the tortilla chips... for my taco salad. Thankfully I had some at home. The employees seemed irritated and annoyed. It was as if they had a bad staffmeeting. This is literally the first bad experience I've had there in over the year I've been down here. Read more
For starters this place was filthy. The floors, soda machine, bathrooms, tables, windows and etc. The meat on our burgers seemed... under seasoned or not seasoned, certainly not like other Wendy's I've been to. Won't be back. NOTE TO OWNERS: INSPECT WHAT YOUEXPECT! Read more

The food was not graded all it was preparated non-properly the board outside menu had no lights and the gentleman in the...
