Long wait in drive thru with few cars. Asked for 4 piece chicken supreme snack, no biscuit. Received what looks like 1 strip, 2... half strips and 1 nugget, for $6.00. And they seem to refried, hard. Was for Grandchild, I apologized when I gave toGrandchild. Disappointed. Where everything is so expensive now, best to work on quality! i came here and got a meal and a sandwich and asked for 3 sauces and they told me i had to pay $1.30 (which is pricey and i?ve... never had to pay for sauce there before, but i was fine with it). after the cashier gave me the receipt with an obvious attitudeand the food we drove home and she didn?t even give me the sauce.???? Chicken was extremely small -- not much meat even on the breast. Not cooked brown enough either. Just ok. Biscuit, and dirty... rice were good.. First time eating at Bojangles. Don't care to try again. One and done. Jacks has much better chicken. Read more
I went to this location last week and tried to get the two piece leg and thigh but they had a 20 minute wait on dark meat so I... couldn't get what I wanted. Decided to try again today and the only chicken they had left for the rest of the night was leg andwing. I asked for two legs with dirty rice and fries. As you can see in pictures they have the fries on my receipt but not in mybox and if they think that amount of food is worth $10 then they definitely have a problem. 2 strikes and your out this time.Won't be back. For the third time I asked for a biscuit and gravy with sausage and egg and I was given (hahaha - it?s funny to even say it but... sad all the same) a biscuit (you know like a normal sausage and egg biscuit - sandwich style) and they put gravy on it like youwould mustard or jelly. Please just help me understand the thought process. I have lived all over the Carolinas and when I?veordered this at other Bojangles they make it right (a platter of biscuit and gravy with sausage and egg) but at this Bojanglesand may I say other ones in the Greenville area, they don?t know how to prepare this order.
