Great food as always! However store hours are not as they are listed on google. They close at 8:00 not 8:30. We caught a little... bit of an attitude when we walked in at 7:55. Others were still eating but they were preparing to close. A very sweet girlapologized for her coworkers attitudes towards us. Make sure you go before 8:00!!! Read more

Okay I love Fuddruckers and was excited to go since it had been ages. The one in San Diego closed down and I have finally moved... back to the east coast. The restaurant was clean that was good. The first cashier I had was a guy who looked straight up high.Which yeah its cool, get high, self medicate or whatever no problem but at least be self aware enough to be able to listen topeople's orders and respond to them. The other girl that saved the guy at the register was great and knew what she was doing.I'm not sure if he was just covering her during a break or something but they guy was majorly unable to function the cashierstation. He didn't even know the menu of the restaurant, which is pretty simple if you ask me. Shouldn't take longer than a dayto get it. So anyway my issue was the food. Burger and fries was fine but the milkshake tasted like spoiled milk or maybe itwas the whip cream. I feel like the workers need to make sure that these things aren't spoiled before sending them out tocustomers. I also ordered cookies and they tasted old and gross. I never had that happen at Fuddruckers before. Extremelydisappointed. I don't know if the employees don't care because they don't get recognized for a good job or they have too lowpay to care but I do recommend putting more quality control in place over there and if the employees do well, reward them!!They're all friendly and seem willing to do their job. Possibly they're not appreciated is why they might cut corners. I justhope the management would take these things intimate consideration. Thank you! I hope I can get good shakes and cookies nexttime I decide to try again.. It will probably be a while before I return so hopefully it'll get better. Read more

$16.12 for a 1/3 lb burger, burnt onion rings, and a coke. Then asked for tip for staff, that never comes to the table. I had... get my food at the pick up window, get my drinks at the machine, refill my own drinks, get my sauces and toppings, had to bussmy own table. $16 for a plain burger is not enough? Read more

No line and waited for 10 minutes. Just looked at me like they didn't care. Get my meal. With upgrade to sweet potato fries.... Well just look at the picture. Said something to the manager. His comment. There weighted and there good. Read more

I visited for lunch on 5/13/22 and the food was good as usual. Their fry sauce was out at the buffet but the young gentlemen... calling the orders to be picked up was very nice and helpful on the matter. The black girl taking peoples order was a differentstory though. She literally asked me if I wanted my coins back. I said yes I want my change back. She was not friendlywhatsoever and every time there wasn't a customer around I could see her on her phone & I mean every single time. Read more

Five tables out of the entire place was clean. Floor filthy and sticky. Topping bar really low and bread cold and hard. Thank... goodness I live in Anderson and will never have to eat here again. Poor management at its worst. Read more

This was my first experience at Fuddruckers and it was underwhelming at best. I had high hopes because the restaurant looks... amazing, aesthetically. It's a bit pricey for the portion size and the flavor was lacking. My son's hamburger patty only took upabout 1/2 to 2/3 of the bun (it's the same size and thickness as the tomato slice) and the ratio of bread to meat, because ofthe thickness of the bun, was overwhelming. They also only gave him about 6 fries. Maybe we just went on an off night becauseeveryone else seems to really enjoy their experience. Read more
