Very poor food here. 2 bigmacs both cold, 3 double cheese burgers all cold and a basket of fries. Soggy and cold. We would have... gone back to say there was issues but the place was not worth going back to. The drive thru cashier had to search for our orderwe just placed. And the pick up window person didn't know what was in the bags she just packed? Will not be back there again. Wewill drive further down the highway to get better and friendlier service. For a McDonald's this was low rate at best. Weexpected far better. Read more
The restaurant was absolutely disgusting. All the tables were nasty and couldn't sit to eat. There was food all over the floor.... Two tables had soda spilled on them and it looked like a river flowing onto the floor. The restaurant was smoked out from thefry oil and the food was poor in quality. They didn't give us all our food, and were confused by us showing them everything that was missing from the receipt. It took... them awhile to get us everything When we finally sat down our main food was cold, and asking for hot food seemed an annoyanceto the point that when it was brought up to those in the kitchen, they didn't do anything, and it wasn't until they seemed torealize that we weren't going away that someone from the drive thru assisted us. By the time we got our main food, our frieswere all cold, and we didn't even bother to ask for forget assistance. Restaurant was dirty, and had lots of flies. We didn'tnotice much until after ordering from the kiosk, and we wish we had just asked for our money back and went elsewhere. Read more
I waited 20 min outside after ording food in drive through. I finally went inside to get my food and they said they handed out... to someone else. The guys they had running outside were literally walking up to every car asking them what they ordered and wasdigging through the orders to see what they had in their hand. After three of them came out and asked what I had to order, noneof them thought hey maybe we should make sure this guy is getting his order since every other car that was parked here is nowgone. Ordered chicken sandwiches with ketchup and there was very little ketchups. Three tiny little drops just enough to put a red... stain on the bun. Also prefer apple pies got strawberry. Can y?all not tell the difference? Read more
Went through the drive through after we ordered through the app. They gave us our drinks and told us to pull up and wait on our... food. We sat there for 20 minutes then went inside to ask where our food was only to be told our order had been voided from thesystem. No other explanation! We had to basically reorder the food. It's bs! It was actually the first McDonald's I've been to in years that was clean. However, cleanliness couldn't save the food... quality. To my amazement, those hamburger patties have gotten even thinner. How thin can they get? In the next 5 years when Ieat at a McDonald's again, I'm sure it'll be thin as paper. I ordered the Crunchy Double, thinking it would be like pictured,but didn't realize I needed to build it. All the food was cold, and the fries tasted old. This still proves to me you DON'T getwhat you pay for. McDonald's is a waste of your money when it takes you about the same time to make your own, much tastier andthicker burger at home. Read more
Worst mcds I've ever been to. 4 mcdoubles no onions and a large fry. I wanted a side of pickles and a side of buffalo. They were... rude. The buns were so hard they couldn't be eaten. I sat at the window to ask for the sauce and pickles they ignored me untilthey had the next order ready (fine you're busy, I get that) and then aggressively gave me my sauce(no pickles or even response)the fries were burnt. The buns were hard as rocks and the burgers were overcooked. Customer service was also terrible. I don'teven live here, but please stay away if you do. I work in food as an hourly manager and this is not acceptable. Read more
