The worst experience at a Starbucks EVER. Ordered through mobile app, a very simple easy order, same thing I have been drinking... for 10 yrs + and when I went in the store to pick it up I was appalled at what the barista had the audacity to hand over to me,looked like throw up in a cup, literally. When I asked KERRY to please remake it she immediately started getting loud.Insinuating I don?t know how to order my own drink, basically extremely rude, zero customer service, just nasty attitude. Inaddition the side order of quad expresso was burnt? Can?t even explain the taste but highly do NOT recommend this location. As atruck driver I am on the road everyday and have been to Starbucks in just about every city in this country and this is BY FARthe worst experience ever With both customer service and product quality. I wish I would have taken a picture but I was sodistraught by the whole experience I didn?t think about it. I am just leaving a review to reiterate all the other bad reviewsand attest to it!
