The worst experience at a Starbucks EVER. Ordered through mobile app, a very simple easy order, same thing I have been drinking... for 10 yrs + and when I went in the store to pick it up I was appalled at what the barista had the audacity to hand over to me,looked like throw up in a cup, literally. When I asked KERRY to please remake it she immediately started getting loud.Insinuating I don?t know how to order my own drink, basically extremely rude, zero customer service, just nasty attitude. Inaddition the side order of quad expresso was burnt? Can?t even explain the taste but highly do NOT recommend this location. As atruck driver I am on the road everyday and have been to Starbucks in just about every city in this country and this is BY FARthe worst experience ever With both customer service and product quality. We came for the first time today and I am so glad we did!! Great staff handled their nitro machine acting up with such grace and... were so friendly. They were wrapped around the building but moving super fast. Yet, still took time to correct my order sincethe nitro was out. We will be back, trust me. I have a coffee problem ???? Read more
Worst Starbucks I?ve been to. On multiple times during different parts of the day (meaning it?s entirely a management issue) the... drinks have been entirely wrong. Mocha in a drink that explicitly says no mocha, watery sweet foam, etc. I feel bad for theworkers as they are always kind and willing to remake but many times the remake also comes out wrong.
