Absolutely the worst, most PATHETIC customer service I've ever experienced. Employees on 10/3/22 at 7 pm acted as if me ordering... was the end of their world, and VERY rude and entitled. They were out of stock on most everything too. I spent $50there.....NEVER again. EVER! Place needs to hire people who want to be there. Wish I could give negative stars. Read more

May be the worst Subway experience ever. The only positive thing was the young man who made my sandwich was polite. Since there... was no inside dining, I had to take my meal to go. My sub had a Clorox taste. I threw it away. I got a diet soda and it tastedlike Cherry Coke. On the way out, i noticed all the tables and chairs were piled up and trash was visible under and around them.I will go next door to Publix for my next sub. Read more
My family and I came in at 8:11pm tonight (Friday 4/15/22). After ordering 3 of 5 sub combos, we were told that we COULDN?T... dine-in because they close at 9:00 and they needed time to clean-up and close-out the registers so they COULD LEAVE at9:00. So, 2 of us decided not to eat Subway but go next door to Panda Hibachi where we were welcomed to dine-in but took itto-go since the other 3 with us HAD to take their Subway to-go. When I worked in a restaurant in the early ?90?s for a fewyears, we also closed at 9:00 pm on Friday nights. BUT, 9:00 meant 9:00 back then, not 45 minutes early so the workers couldget off at exactly 9:00. Back then, if 30 people walked in to the restaurant at 8:59, they were served and welcomed to dine-in,because we DIDN?T CLOSE UNTIL 9:00. We were lucky to get out of the restaurant by midnight because we didn?t start cleaninguntil every customer was out of the restaurant. The way it is supposed to be! We ordered 2 combo meals through the subway app for delivery. The sandwiches showed up in a reasonable amount of time. No... drinks,no chips, no cookies. After 10 phone calls someone finally picked up the phone and said they can't do anything because itwas through door dash. The manager was less than polite or helpful. She keeps saying there is nothing she can do. Way to muchwork for a couple drinks and chips. 100% do not order delivery from them. Read more
I went today to eat. And when I told him the toppings I wanted on my sandwich , he took one of the toppings to the back of the... store , then he came to the front and put the topping on the sandwich. Then he went to the back again because he was missing histools. When we was going to pay he asked if I wanted drinks, I said yes. He put his hands inside the top of the cups when hehanded it to me. i got 4 sandwiches and 2 of their pizzas and i asked for ALL of the sandwiches to be toasted and none of them were when i got... them which means i had cold nasty sandwiches. i don?t know who was working there but they need to get there act together becausethat?s ridiculous. my kids weren?t happy with the outcome & neither was my husband and I. major waste of money, take your moneysomewhere else.
