I had been on the road for three days and just got back and wanted to sit down and enjoy a nice breakfast. I went in and sat at... the counter and placed my order. The wait staff packaged up the food as a to go order. I told the person I was eating in andshe said they were only doing to go orders. She told that there was a sign on the door, a piece of paper taped to the door, Idid not see it, if I had I would not have ordered the food. Have to drive out of Greenville to find a waffle house that will actually take your order in a reasonable time. Crazy because... they can have fewer employees working, but still have better service. Read more

Every time I visit down south the Waffle House is a must. Good breakfast and coffee gets me on the right foot for the day. ... Southern Hospitality was comforting, kind, sweet and most of all welcomed. Food was great. If you see me back again for areview, it's because we came came back at 1am for more :-) Read more

I'm usually extremely happy with Waffle House but this location honestly was not very good. They weren't crowded at all yet I... sat with no tea refill my entire meal till I finally asked for more. My mom sat with zero coffee refill her entire meal. If aplace is busy I always understand it taking a bit for a refill on drinks but kinda zero excuses when it's not. Waited to see howlong my Mom's bacon was going to sit there ready and finally asked the cook is this her bacon and he brought it to the table.Come on do better than this please Read more
