My husband picked up 2 Parmesan chicken Caesar salads tonight for dinner. Those were the most pathetic salads I?ve ever seen.... Please tell me that you are out of bowls and that you don?t regularly serve these in 2 lids put together?!?! I can?t believe wepaid for our 2 pieces of lettuce. Overall experience inside was extremely poor. The food was ? okay ?. Several key members of the team were extremely... unprofessional. The floors were absolutely disgusting in the dining room especially where the drink machines were. When askingthe team lead for a rag to clean off our table, she stated someone would be over ? in a bit ? to clean it. Unfortunately nobodyshowed up. The photos I took would turn people away, which is not my attention but this location is not held to the samestandards as the others. Please support to get this location back up to standard. I went thru the drive thru and placed my order. I get home and it's missing the double bacon cheeseburger of the combo. I paid... $10.68 for fries and a drink. Come on.. can you check to make sure the order is correct before giving it to the customer? It'shappening more and more it seems at fast food places. Ugh Read more

I ordered a large meal and was given medium fries and drink and got the order wrong. Corrected one part of it and but it's still... wrong, I ordered Regular not spicy. Large meals are usaually huge white cups and fry holder. No Bueno. Read more
We got there right before they apparently closed. Which online it said they closed at 10 not 8. The staff seemed to all be high... as a Kite. Blaring hip hop music, standing around laughing & joking with each other. They kept repeating what others ordering 3or 4 times while the music was blaring. The one lady who took the orders at first seemed high as a Kite or drunk. She wasmumbling, forgetful, questioning stuff like she didn't even work there. She forgot to put someone else's sauce in their bag whenthey asked 4 times. So when we asked for ghost pepper ranch with our order & then after we got our order to go, we doublechecked & asked if there was Ghost pepper ranch in the bag & the lady looked all confused & look down at the sauces & quicklysaid oh there isn't any. Is there anything else you want? I went to say Buffalo & another worker came over & said they did infact have some & it was right next to where the lady was looking. The one lady was super helpful & even offered us all the Ghostpepper ranch they had cause apparently they were just gonna throw it all out & that no one really orders it to begin with. No service, people waiting, employees laughing and making videos with their vapes. No one answered so ended up leaving after 8... mintues of just sitting there watching No one cared. Still 2 hours before they closed too. If you guys would like to sell theplace please let me know, I'd love to purchase your fresh built, useless restaurant! Read more
