We tried the new Wendy?s today for lunch and it was great. The restaurant was really clean and everything was well stocked. Even... though it was busy the staff got the orders up quickly. We even had ours brought out personally to our table. They also have oneof the drink machines where you can customize your soda. My daughter and I got a lot of food & thanks to an offer on the app itwas a great deal!! We will definitely stop again soon. Read more
It's Wendy's and not a great one at that. For a fairly new franchise I'd honestly have expected better attention to detail. The... one on 290 is just as hard to get in and out of and provides better service and correct food. Read more
Bring vanilla frosty's back please! Sick of strawberry taking its place. Peppermint.. gross. When I do Wendy's.. I get a... vanilla frosty, a burger & fries. That is all I like, so unfortunately I won't be back, until the vanilla frosty back. Whydon't you replace the chocolate instead. That's literally half the year you won't have vanilla now. Dumb. This was my first visit here. I had read the reviews and wanted to form my own opinion. I came around 6pm on a Sunday night.... There were only two cars in front of me in the drive-thru. I did wait about ten minutes to have my food handed to me. But allthe staff were polite and took my order quickly. And gave me the correct order. Read more
To be honest, I know this is a new store, however customer's should not pay the price for waiting in drive-thru for 20 minutes... with 2 cars in line and then get lousy cold food. Fries not cooked proper and cold cheeseburger. Wanted to go inside to complainbut had already wasted too much time. Please train employees properly or don't open the doors. I know this is going oneverywhere but corporate should send people in that know what the heck is going on in their stores. Update: Gave this location asecond chance but went inside to eat. Food was as usual for Wendy's, service ok. Seems to have gotten a little better,drive-thru still struggling some. I would go inside to eat. Read more
I have been there a couple of times. 1st time the wait was 40 mins long. This time I ordered a bacon burger and got a cold... chicken sandwich. Unfortunately, I had already driven home. Had to throw it away. Waste of my money! How does chicken look likea burger? Read more
This place was brand new when i went in and they were still way better than the bk down the street. The cashier was friendly... and i got a discount because of my work. They weren't the fastest ever but like i said faster than the bk. And friendlier. Read more
Had a very bad experience tonight I asked for the $5 biggie bag for the crispy chicken sandwich no tomato and they put tomato on... it and on top of that I asked for sweet tea but they make sweet tea and Sprite together and that was nasty and then on top ofthat they gave me spicy chicken instead of the regular chicken nuggets. And ask for a large chili they gave me a small so sothey do not listen to your order at all because every time I go there once in a while they still mess up my order. Read more
