I've gone here twice in the span of a month and both times it was the same guy who didn't know how to make a melt and both times... it was a really poorly made sandwich that was basically falling apart. I've ate at this subway for years and never had problems,whoever this guy is you need to fire him. Read more

I was travelling through Duncan Falls and stopped on a whim for a sub. I'm really glad I did because the services and sub was... amazing. I can't remember the name of the gentleman that helped me but he customized the sub I've never had any other Subway orsub place in the past. He even asked me if I wanted him to salt the tomatoes to help them "pop" with more flavor. Phenomenal suband I recommend this Subway to anyone travelling through Duncan Falls, OH and wants great food and great service! Read more
Stopped in today with my boyfriend, we were 2nd in line and the people in front of us were getting toppings on their subs, the... workers seemed completely uninterested in serving us and after 25 minutes we were checking out when the worker walked away fromthe register at the end of the transaction leaving us to reach for our receipt and subs. We have a Subway just 1½ miles from home. We by food there quite often. I love that we get to watch then make out food. Our... orders are always right and always taste as good as they look. I love the macadamia nut cookies I always have to get at leastthree of those. And my son likes the raspberry white chocolate cookies. Ordered online. Drove from McConnelsville to Duncan Falls and picked up the order, brought the subs home, my husbands sub was... completely wrong except for chicken and bread. Nobody was inside eating and there were two girls working. Tried calling. Andcalling. And calling. And calling. No answer, and this was before 7PM. No answer.
