Literally only use this place for the subway attached. Place is pretty clean but you got your stereotypical workers who don't... want to be there. The subway number is the same as the Pilot number. We get told to call in to check if ingredients areavailable and when we call in to see we get hung up on. I get it's a silly question but don't tell us to call in if thequestion's not going to get answered. Read more

Decent stop. Parking was full when I got parked by 8pm on a Thursday. Hayley that works inside at the Subway is a charm. Sweet,... beautiful and and a pleasure to speak with. I will definitely stop here again. Read more
I stopped to get air in my tire and the air pumps didn't work? Went inside to ask and the cashier and she said they are probably... broken??? I had to drive around and check all the air pumps where the diesal trucks pull up to and finally found one thatworked. This is a Sunday and getting dark out and needed air in my rear tire. I had a very unpleasant experience and will nevergo back! And the bathrooms were nasty!! Read more
Very friendly truck stop with plenty of showers,clean all around,very well keep surroundings. Parking is not huge but perfect... for the location where is at.Ill say is like 10 miles north of I-81 and there's another one right next to it with some 40parking spaces. Drive safe !!! Read more
Friendly staff, who put in a solid effort, but it would be impossible to keep this place clean. Lineups for fuel, parking,... coffee, subway, showers, washroom, and cash register are a nightmare. You had better plan on being here for at least 30 minutesif you need any of the aforementioned services. Getting into the parking lot is easy. Getting out is tedious at best. I pay forthe "enhanced WiFi", but at this location, there is next to no signal anywhere in the parking lot! Read more
