Food quality was not like that of other DQs. Was not up to DQs standers by any means. When manager was confronted about said... food quality he just said "would you like another". We declined because it was obvious that it would be just as poor as ourlast. Read more
You can never go wrong with a Dairy Queen visit...and this one didn't disappoint either..!
Got a couple of shakes very good but the wait was long they need some more help.
Don't eat here that often, my wife and I walk in ordered two meals I also ordered two sides of sauce. Got the pool side punch... slushie (which for those that never had well ur missing out!) The food was cooked perfect! The slushie was made great which onceagain if u never had one they have to be made correctly or it doesn't taste quite the same. The associates working the three Ispoke to while there were very friendly.. I'll go back again whenever I'm in the mood for some hot eats and cool treats ???? Read more
If I think of going to Dairy Queen, I think of the one in Logan Town Center in Altoona. I've never had a bad experience there... and the staff are very friendly and efficient. Tonight, I was reminded why I don't go to the DQ in Duncansville. (The onlyreason we went was to meet friends who live nearby.) The workers seemed bothered by the fact they had customers. When ordering,I asked for a cup of ice water and was told I had to pay for the cup. (The rest of my family bought drinks. I wasn't beingcheap, I just wanted water.) I had to ask someone to wipe off a table because most of them were visibly dirty (crumbs, fries,ketchup). Our food was decent, but my "mushroom" swiss burger had like a slice and a half of mushroom, as shown in the picture.There was more, but I feel like at this point it would be nit-picking. I won't return and will certainly recommend others go toLogan Town Center instead. Read more
