This is the most dysfunctional McDonald?s that I have ever been to. The girl at the second window had absolutely ZERO sense of... urgency. I waited in line 15 minutes in total. I watched the girl at the second window make my drink, I ordered a CARAMEL icedcoffee with caramel drizzle. She put in two pumps of caramel and the bottle was empty, so she added liquid sugar to compensatefor the other two pumps needed which is NOT the same thing as what I had ordered. I didn?t say anything to her about that, but Icould clearly see that she didn?t put caramel drizzle on it so I asked her if there was caramel drizzle on it and she said ?no,it wasn?t on the screen?. I literally pointed to the screen and said ?it?s right there, it says add 3 shots of caramel drizzle?.So she took the lid off directly in front of me, WALKED OVER to the caramel drizzle, BROUGHT the caramel drizzle back and THENpoured an enormous amount on top of my drink in front of me at the window and then put the lid on. She handed me my drinkwithout a straw, so I had to pull around the building and walk inside to get it. She also tried handing me the big breakfastwith hotcakes which was the order behind me. Once again, I said ?no, that?s the next car?s order. Right there on your screen itsays that I ordered two hashbrowns and two bags of apples.? She then handed me the bag that I needed and walked away?did not saya word to me. I called to complain multiple times but nobody answered the phone. What upset me the most, was that I assumed theline was moving slowly because of short staffing. No, there were THREE EMPLOYEES standing there, staring at her instead ofhelping her or just moving her entirely. I placed a complaint with the 1-800 number and this store sent me a coupon for eachitem that I ordered. However, I live over an hour away, so I?ll never get to use them. Read more
Lousy food. Little mac had 1 patty very little sauce. Lousy. The fish sandwhich made my wife sick. Big as 50 cent piece. Buns... stahl. And is there a patatoe shortage. Large fries half full. Lousy you should be ashamed of yourself. 14.99 i paid. NO STARS. Read more
There must be a continued potato shortage at this store. This is the third large fry in a row that is 1/2 full. Call the store... to complain and nobody cares. You are paying for a large fry but getting a medium instead. That means that you are not gettingwhat you paid for, and where I come from, that means you are getting ripped off. This place is going downhill, and managementdoesn't even care. It's a shame, but maybe they will open a Burger King here? I think it may be time to buy a food scale andcatch them in the act. This is THE WORST McDonald's location (Duncansville)!! This is supposed to be a Shamrock shake?! They can't even take the time... to mix a shake properly? This is not the first time I have had poor quality food and service at this location but, I canguarantee you after today it will be my last! Read more
What a clean, well kept location! I?ve honestly never had friendlier staff greet me, or my side of nuggets and fries be juicier,... hotter, or crispier to go with my burger. Worth a stop on your way to wherever life takes you. Read more
Overall, was an ok experience. Staff was nice and helpful. Only thing that got me was that my one sandwich had a strand of hair... in the middle of it. I get it, accidents happen. But I drove all the way back out for a replacement sandwich. Read more
This place is a great place to get a fast breakfast, lunch or something to grab for dinner. If your out and about you should... just swing by their drive-thru and grab a bite or perhaps dine-in. Choice is yours but either way this place has improved. I gothere quite often. I enjoy the food, fast and friendly service. Read more
