As I approached the dining room I noticed a gentleman by the name of John looked straight into my eyes and not once have the... decency to inform me that the dining room was closed. Typically I never use the drive thru because I rather go inside and enjoymy food. However, I didn't mind going this time but I had to guess and see if they were taking orders in the drive thru due toJohn not once let me know to do so. On Friday March 12, 2023 at approximately 3:15pm the doors were locked, but the red OPEN sign was on. Three young Hispanic... young ladies were behind the counter, but would not come to my he door and communicate with me whether the store was open ornot. It was approximately 36 degrees outside and they just stood in the warm building and laughed at a potential customerattempting to get inside to purchase a meal. I had to wait 30 minutes for Tenders because they were frozen. I got the feed 6 for $20 but it was $21.99. My fries were regular... size. The Tenders were bland. Noone had a uniform on.
