I placed my order online and received a call immediately from the new general manager letting me know that unfortunately he... didn?t have a driver but if I wanted to pick up my order he would make the pizza and give me a discount. I decided to pick upthe order and when I got there the pizza was ready. He was very nice and let me know there would be changes in the way thestore would be operated. When I got home the pizza was still hot and perfect. This was the best pizza I have had from thisstore. I am looking forward to ordering more pizzas if this is how they will be. Read more
So, my original review stands to be corrected. This Domino's is bussin bussin! Ninety-eight percent of the time, my order is... correctly made and delicious to boot. I'm here at least two times a week. If something is not to your liking, they will makeit right. This is a slice from today. I always cut my slices in half. Look at that meat! I always place carry out orders. Sometimes they are very good about having the pizza ready and correct, but when they mess up in any way, they mess up big. It?sseldom they mess up, though. After doing a corporate complaint the store manager contacted me and with a very monotone response as he didn't care. He gave me... a store credit and remade the order they had messed up a week ago. It took them again 2 hour to deliver my pizza and the orderwas still incorrect. The chicken looked like someone dropped it and didn't care. The pizza was burnt and cold. If the managerdoesn't want to provide good customer service he should look for a new job. This is the worst customer service I haveexperienced from a local Domino's. Read more
My boyfriend ordered online for carry out, I went to pick it up on my way home from work. I get home we get ready to eat and... almost everything is burned. The pizza, the Parmesan bites, the chicken Alfredo pasta. And they also didn?t include the twodipping cups we had ordered. I called back to see if they could redo my order because honestly why would you let a customer walkout the door with BURNED food, look at the picture. You can clearly tell the difference between burned bites and fresh bites. Itasted one and it was so hard. Anyway, whenever I was telling them about my bad order they guy doesn?t even put me on hold tosee what he can to about it, he just goes to tell his manager or whatever that they have a BIG COMPLAINT A REALLY BIG COMPLAINTjokingly! If you?re going to complain about a customer, at least put them on mute! The whole conversation was a mess. The guyoffered me a $10 credit, but that can?t even a cover a small pepperoni pizza lol. I go to pick up my pizza and the guy who helpsme and the guy who i first got my pizza from looked at me so ugly. They were a bit rude and didn?t bother to greet me eithertime. Got food poisoning. I have been violently vomiting since yesterday. I will never order from here again. Something wasn?t right... with the pizza. I don?t know if maybe the food was old or somebody didn?t wash their hands, all I know is I got very sick 15-20minutes after eating my pizza. Read more
