We have ordered from these guys for a years now but their delivery times have increases. They are not what's advertised. We... order online but wait over 1 hour to get our 3 pizzas. I called customer service but all they said was "sorry, our times areonly estimated" and to call the store instead of ordering online. No offer to improve the customer experience either. The place seems just like any fast pizza place but the food here has been great. The crust is thick and chewy, they put plenty... of sauce on the pizzas and the have great ingredients. Cannot recommend them enough. Will definitely buy here again. Read more
I don?t know why my son?s name came up when the account is in my name but my name is Mary and I am the one leaving the... review. Mr. Jim?s pizza is usually delicious and has always been perfect in the past. However, the last two orders we haveplaced have been unsatisfactory to say the least. The first time was a few weeks ago. We get the order home and my garden saladis lettuce. Only lettuce. So I said okay maybe someone forgot to add the the veggies. Then I realized they didn?t give me theranch to go on my lettuce. So at this point I?m getting a little frustrated but agin, Mr. Jim?s is usually on point so I thoughtok, they are having an off day at Mr. Jim?s. Then we get to the pizza and the pizza is burned. The crust didn?t have the garlicParmesan crust like we ordered. It was plain. We agreed that this day was just a fluke. We ate it and moved on. Today we orderMr. Jim?s again and granted they said I could still place an order at 8:50, they close at 9pm. So I was really happy. As we weredriving home I realized they didn?t give me a item from my order. At this time they are closed so I can?t call or go back to getit so I just go home disappointed because I?m now remembering last order. Sure enough we get home and the pizza is burned again(photo added). I am really disappointed in Mr. Jim?s. I don?t know what is going on but y?all need to get it together. I?m sureI am not the only customer this is happening too. My family is worried we will not order from Mr. Jim?s again. I?m sure we willbut I will be sure to check the order for all my items and check the quality of the food before I leave the store movingforward. Read more
Update: I had a chat with the owner. Plus I placed another order. This one was much better and the owner took steps so hopefully... this wont happen again. The chain has great food. This location is very unpredictable. It could be great or bad. It depends onwho they have in the back on any given day. The previous order had to be remade. This last order was mixed. The pizza was great.The sandwich was poor. It was supposed to be 'toasty'. I have had their sandwiches before and they are usually what I order.This one was more like 'charcoaly' and burnt. They had to know it was burnt when they wrapped it up. But rather than remake itthey decided it was OK to deliver. Read more
I am always on the hunt for amazing pizza in Dallas, Tx. This was my first time visiting Mr. Jim's pizza and I will say it was... really good actually. I usually get extra cheese on my pizzas, but this is super cheesy and the sauce proportion is Awesome! Hotand delicious crust, and wonderful customer service. I can NOT believe I've been sleeping on Mr. Jim's Pizza for so long. The quality and taste trumps all the other chains in the... area. I placed my delivery order online. The website could use a major update, but it gets the job done. I ordered a largespecialty pizza (used coupon from website) and a half garden salad. The garden salad was fresh.
