Service was slow due to the drive-thru was they only service available. Don't know about atmosphere because we could not eat in... the dinning room. The chicken was very delicious. We bought it about 30 minutes away from home because we don't have one in ourtown of Ennis, Texas. We are hopeful because they are building two new fast food places in town. Read more

This Popeyes and the one in Cedar Hill are the worst I have even been to. The lobby in Duncanville is always closed. The drive... through line always long. They need to close the doors. The food is hit and miss. The only one that seems to have hot food andno long lines is the one in Duncanville on Camp Wisdom Road. Just shut down!!!! Read more
Wanted to dine in but the employee at the door told us they are closed, but we see people eating inside the restaurant. Employee... told us to go drive thru. We went on drive thru and ordered a 4 piece combo mild.When I got to the window I asked attendant ifthey are open and she said yes., told attendant that one of the employee told us that they are closed. They apologized and askedus to come in which I declined. Anyway we got our order and went home . When we get home my order of a mild 4 piece was aactually a 4 piece spicy , my rice and beans was missing. I don?t eat spicy food so I have to throw away the food in the thrash.Folks Do NOT go to this location. This is the worst place I have ever been service is very bad . If there is zero rating I wouldgive 0 I was furious because I live 7 miles from the location and didn?t want to go back. Read more

This location is good and the staff is cool. I always get the spicy tenders from here, there?s nothing wrong with the taste but... like their tenders do not look like tenders, they don?t have they ?full? look to them, it seems like theres more breading on itthan there is chicken. I don?t know if what I?m saying makes sense, but I just feel like their chicken tenders could look alittle better and be more full of chicken. Read more
Great family lunch environment when you are searching for a dining experience that can seat your family of six comfortably. The... dining hall was clean and the chicken sandwiches were fresh. Unfortunately, the women's restroom was not secure as the lock wasinoperable. This Popeye's is a winner overall. It was definitely nice to witness four additional families in the dining hall.The multigenerational family blends created a respectful eating environment that I was please to experience. Read more
The popcorn shrimp were all dried out and disgusting. The only food that was any good were the chicken tenders, but they were... not worth the $14 and change that I paid. Waste of money! Read more
