I went here yesterday to get the chili cheese coney. I stay near Sonic on danieldale but ho here because they make them right. I... just came 1 week ago confirming and bragging on how well Sonic on main street make their chili cheese coney. Well yesterdayunfortunately the chili cheese coney had a dab of cheese amd chili on the top which was all stuck on the wrapper and no chiliamd cheese. Now i dont mind paying for extra when u put the right amount the first time ....put the proper amount if u didnt idont wannt to pay extra when u can fix it right and not throw it together. I ask for the manager. He was a hispanic guy and hewas rude and unprofessional he cut me off saying look u can just paymore and walk off. This is not acceptable here inDuncanville. I know this is not what they consider management. If you cant be respectful and understand your mistake then usurely dont need the managers position. I will be reporting this to Corporate as well. Today 7/22. The date the incidentoccurred was yesterday 7/21/22 and Aaron was my waiter. Aaron displayed great customer service and more of a manager role thanthe real manager there which does not make any sense. Please remove this manager immediately. Sonic is one of my favorite places. I love the slushes. The breakfast is delicious as well. It?s cool that they use roller... skates! When you want a good footlong...this is the place. The onion rings were warm and good. Read more
I come here all the time. They are always slow. I ordered a classic chicken sandwich with no veggies, so they didn't put that,... but also no mayo!? Also they thought I asked for the new Ultimate chicken sandwich so I paid $2 more. And I ordered mozzarellasticks which were cold! And the ice in my drink had melted. Read more
I was here for a doordash order for over an hour waiting on a burger and some tots?.November 13th. Just kept getting told... someone is about to help me. No one ever helped me.
