i?m a barista as well. went through the drive through, and wanted to use my discount. This white girl with purple hair, she... wasn?t wearing a name tag so not sure what her name was? but she was so rude for no reason. she said since i didn?t have my appupdated with my partner info i couldn?t use my discount, even though i got my discount two days prior at another starbucks. Butthe way she was talking to me did not set right, even though i?m a barista you should STILL be kind. There was no reason for herto have an attitude. She said i should read my update and i should?ve known this info?. i don?t know just after a long daythat?s not the kind of interaction I wanted to have. Even my friend that that was with me was like ?why is she talking to youlike your dumb?? Like what does it take to be nice? literally at the least. Read more

This by far is the best Starbucks I ever been to. I visit this location at least twice a week.The manager Tracy is awesome very... helpful and friendly.Also this store is always very clean.Tracy and her team absolutely rock?.. Read more

Rude personnel, they should trained their drive through employees to not make faces when getting annoyed by a customer. I was... just not buying one coffee, I was buyiseveral and the female on the drive through was making her faces and being rude because Ithought I had order 8 drinks not 7. So I kept trying to explain and she seem annoyed, giving an attitude, that?s is notprofessional at all. Read more

I love this Starbucks ???? it's better than any location i have ever been to. Michael is Awesome!!! I love him so much and my... drinks are ALWAYS Perfect!! They will remember your name and remember your order. The customer service is always Good. The placeis always clean and they are organized. Thos location is busy but it doesn't stop them from getting us in and out. Read more

Christine is the supervisor at this store, and I feel that she does not care about the problem I had experienced at a Starbucks,... and this was based on the fact that she didn't try to address the problem herself. This problem should not be passed on fromperson to person, throwing me in circles. This situation has already been dragging out for too long. The building itself is cute. I just feel like as a team, they need some help. I ordered a grilled cheese to be heated up and the... poor barista was getting orders literally back to back so he heated it up and forgot to give it to me right away. I saw it siton the counter for awhile before I asked for it, no longer hot. They also don?t call your name so I didn?t know my drink wasdone nor how long it had been done for. Read more

The girl taking the orders was a little rude. On top of that she didn?t take my order correctly! I ordered a Iced Caffe latte... venti. So when I got my order I noticed it was a tall and I wanted a venti. So I was like okay I?ll just get another tall. Thegirl charged me for a venti and gave me another drink. She sucks! One of the best locations I've been in across the country. The place is very clean, people are very friendly, and the inside is... HUGE. Plenty of room for people waiting for their order, which won't be long. Never feel cramped up like a lot of otherlocations. Read more
