Closed the doors at 830p to start cleaning up. I knocked on the door and a VERY RUDE girl came to the door and said they close... at this time everyday to clean despite Google and the hours on the door saying they close at 9pm. It took forever to get our food. Some of the staff is amazing, while others didn't seem to mind the long line building up. One... gentleman working there had 3 orders done in the time it took the girl to put toppings on a single sandwich. I felt sorry forthe guy. When he said something to her or even tried helping her, she acted annoyed and just took longer. However, the SpicyItalian sub was really good. Read more

Went in today at 11.. did NOT get a greeting or was asked ?what can I get for you today??.NADA! Lady was just straight staring... at us? ruined my appetite. I went in with my coworker ,which she did get a sub but I decided not to after all therudeness. The food is great, but they do not prepare their soup for lunch. I have went in and ordered several times. Had to wait and go... back 34 minutes later. They didnt prepare it until I ordered. It was very busy several times and people wanted soup. But therewas none made. Read more

I went in today with my daughter to get some lunch. The young black gentlemen that was helping us was doing a good job with our... sandwiches. People started coming in to order so their was about 3 people behind us. The other big Hispanic guy had went to theback and the guy that was helping us was left all by himself. He was doing his best to try to finish ours to go on to the nextcostumer. The supervisor came back from the back looking all upset because there was a line he then told the guy that he neededto hurry up saying it all rude. Then he just told him to go to the register and he took over my order which I kinda wanted towalk out. The guy that was helping us was trying so hard to keep up I'm thinking he was either new or something. But what everthe case is I feel like only because your a supervisor and may know more then you should help your employees. Instead of beingrude to them in front of everyone. Just because of that incident makes me not want to go back anytime soon. Read more

Went and door was locked because too many people inside. We waited about ten minutes for others to leave. There were 3 in line... to order and Doing online orders while we waited. Even though there were two employees one decided to mop the floor. It took ahalf hour to get two sandwiches. Then we ordered meals but they had no drinks except for water and regular coke in the bottlesafter they said they had Diet Coke on tap. We left without drinks because we were so frustrated. I know that take out is the only option for most restaurants, so I walked in and went to the ladies room to take care of a... personal matter and wash my hands before ordering food. The next thing I know someone knocks on the door and says, you are notsupposed to be in there. Well, I complete my business and wash my hands and when I come out, this Subway worker is standingthere waiting on me in the hallway, and tells me with much attitude that I should not have gone in the bathroom. I told himthere were no signs on the door and the area was not blocked off.He then proceeds to berate me and tell me that I probablywatch the news more than he does and should know better. All of this in front of customers! I was soooo mad. Then hesarcastically apologizes. But continues to say that I should have known better. He actually stopped serving customers, left theserving line to wait on me to come out the ladies room AND HE WAS THE ONLY SERVER. I called another SUBWAY in North Dallas andthat manager said that they were told to clean bathrooms but not block customers from using the bathroom and if we were notsupposed to use the bathroom at that location, a sign should have been posted on the door and the area roped off. By the way, hedecided to block the area after he gave me a verbal tongue lashing. I will never visit this location again! Read more
