Very dissatisfied with customer service and this locations is always lacking products, their always out of something, either... it?s steak or chicken or tuna . Their always out . Also Black lady behind the counter was very rude, although I was referringto her with Please mam, thank you mam, she would just stare me down and and give me a resting b**** face . 10/19/21 I will never eat here again. First I will like to say I pulled up around 8:50pm tonight and the young lady who made eye... contact with me saw I was about to come in ,but she still proceeded to attempt to mop the floors upon my arrival.. I came insidewalked past her and stood at the counter to be greeted. She went behind the counter and started putting gloves on. She was justholding a mop and a bucket of water and instead of washing her hands she started putting gloves on. I asked her to wash herhands first and she said okay that?s when I saw the young man he came from the back and came out to wash his hands and proceededto help me instead. The young lady went back to start her mopping when the young man told her to put a wet floor sign out forcustomers to see. These were my red flags here and I should?ve left as soon as I saw them but instead I decided to give them asecond chance so I ordered my food paid and left. When I got home to eat my food I immediately could taste the bread was old andstale as if it had been sitting there all day or night and the turkey on my sandwich was also old and had a horrible smell toit. I am very upset and disappointed with the service this franchise provided. I will never eat here again. You would think thatafter a pandemic you would make sure your store is up to par to remain in business but it?s obvious you could care less. I order delivery & the only plus was that it was delivered before expected. I ordered baked lays and received classic ones. The... sandwich came with tomatoes, which I didn't order & so much sauce! Went by tonight & the door was locked. One sign said online orders only & the other said you have to have a mask to enter. I... went to my truck & placed my order online at 8:39 pm. I received an order confirmation email & at 8:40 pm received an emailsaying my order was canceled. It said to call place I ordered it from. I called them at least 2 times & they wouldn't answer thephone. A lady was also in parking lot calling them with an answer. While I was there myself & 4 other people left too. Web sitesays they're open till 10 pm. I called customer service but they aren't working. I'll be calling them back in the am requestingmy wife's money back from the gift card I received for Father's Day. I am attaching a picture of 1 of the 2 girls that weworking at the time. They wouldn't come to the door either. I was visiting my mom who's 82. I was born & raised in this town. Mymom lives in the house moved into when I was 3 years old.
