Did an online order. Checked in and waited on curbside for about 11 minutes. Had to go inside, and order was just sitting there.... At least acknowledge that people are outside for curbside to pick up there foods. Read more
I ordered a #12 and this is what they gave me it looks like they chewed the chicken and then just threw on the bread the most... gross chicken sandwich they have ever given me the sad thing is I saw it when I got home and is far from home its not even worthit to go complain hopefully everyone gets to see this check your food before you live whataburger you never know what surprisethey will give you 0? and they also took my irder wrong instead they put #2 on the receipt they change my sandwich but theystill charged #2 my worst experience at this place Read more
Location: Duncanville, TX on Camp Wisdom Rd. I received my order through drive through and the french fries were cold. I got out... of the car and went inside, I gave the fries to a young man and told him they were cold. The young man preceeded to dump thosesame fries back into the fryer. I asked him not to do that and do the right thing. Another young man begin to tell me I didntknow what I was talking out. I asked for the manager, the manager apologized and told me he woukd bring the fresh fries out tome. After 5 minutes, a young lady brought the fries out, to my car. After I thought about the potential cross contamination andhow many times this could have happened before, I was just sick and theew the fries away. Read more
The food presentation was terrible it looked like they just threw stuff into the bag and the service was terrible. There was... only one other customer in there with me and my order sat on the counter for at least 15 minutes. Had I not said anything Iprobably would have wasted my entire lunch break just waiting. Good is always great at this location. Staff is friendly. Asked for BBQ sauce at the window and war told or was an additional... $.40 some odd cents. I didn't want to have them delay the line to charge me for less than a dollar. Strange to be charged forcondiments. Overall great experience. Read more
You should always follow your first mind. Something told me not to order from this location. I placed my order online through... the app. When I arrived the cook was asking if I have arrived for my order. No one replied, so I yelled I'm here. I was ignoredby everyone. I got in line and the manager proceeded to help his staff with payroll issues before he assisted me. I orderedonline mind you and the cook was saying my order was ready, but I still waited 15 mins for my food. Several employees walkedpast me without offering to help. The manager had no control of staff he was trying his best but he is only one person andtrying to do everything except cook. The cook was doing a great job getting the orders out but the rest of the staff didn't putforth the same effort to get orders to customers. Very disappointing experience. I will drive additional 10 mins for betterservice next time. The lengths we have to go through for decent service even with price of everything constantly rasing. Justexpected better ???? Read more
Ordered 4 meals. My chicken strip meal didn't come with gravy as requested, there were no napkins in any of the 4 bags, we... DIDN'T get the coupon we were told we'd get for donating money to some organization they were requesting it for, and the ink onthe cups started coming off onto our hands when we were holding them. Thankfully we aren't wearing nice clothes or goinganywhere fancy right now but if this happened and got on our clothes, AND we didn't have any napkins to clean ourselves up, we'dhave been way more ticked. Food was good and typical for Whataburger but with this service we definitely won't be going back tothis location. Read more
