Used to be my favorite place for a cheesesteak years ago. Moved back to the area figured I?d try it out again. Disappointed. The... sub roll was soggy. Fries were cold and hard. Asked over the phone if they had jalapeño poppers with cream cheese, the ladysaid yes. I got cheddar. Gross overall. Won?t try here again. Read more

They get one star cause it happen more then once. I ordered a ceaser chicken salads and ended up getting a regular chicken salad... and the chicken was nasty. They said they would refund me for the salad never did.So I made the choice to go somewhere else. Read more
I just want to say in 3yrs I had 2 small issues with this carry out. Every business has issues. BUT IF they correct an issue... without an argument etc... Im happy. Tonight my fries were overcooked and the 1st issue I didnt get the special price. I callsay this is not a complaint and told them what occurred. Boom it was addressed. I wanted to write a nice review for Tiffany'spolite CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THE RESOLUTION. I looked a their reviews saw a review about prices. Look around prices everywhereu shop are nuts. Write the president who I did not vote for. Thats when prices went up. Then I someone was blaming this smallcarryout for the environment. This is Dundalk baby... a place I use to love. I was just carjacked. Some peoples expectationsare too high. ITS FAST FOOD. A fastfood carryout cant slice their meat like a deli. Sometimes too busy. I ordered the cheese steak sub combo, and a Caesar salad. The sub was a nice size sub and pretty tasty. The Caesar salad was... more of a Greek salad. It had olives and onions, two things I really don't like the taste of. Sodas out the cooler were warm butnot a big deal. Ordered pizza from here mid size with chicken , pineaple and feta , delivery time was usual - around 30 min, but when it arrives... I open box and pizza looked like a mess, I feel like presentation is the big part when you order pizza. Plus boxed has some dirton the side, like someone stepped on it or something. I was thinking that it would taste half way descent, but I was wrong theretoo. Over all waste of money, if I would ve know, I would ve order from good old psoa John's or elsewhere . would not recommendtheir pizza to anyone. Read more
Ordered for the first time today. I ordered an Italian cold cut, two cheeseburger subs, and an order of fries. The order wasn't... perfect, but the Big Boyz Pizza went out of their way to correct the issue. The night manager was very professional, andcourteous as she took care of us. I would definitely recommend this restaurant, as they stand behind the quality and servicethey provide, and make customers feel confident that even if something isn't right, they will correct it and make it right.Awesome service!
