BK is good as expected, but you can't use the App at any near me. I still have BK points to redeem, but where???
Dirty tables food on the floor grease on the bag to much salt on the over cooked fries around evening hours only three pm time... asked for fresh food they said this is what your getti I refuseng I'm not taking it back you have to pay again if you want freshbatch I did but I thought that was ride being that my sandwich was finger prints pushed into my roll I love my impossible burgerand my Onion rings but I refuse to eat very salty onion rings that looks like someone put handfuls of salt all over them I askedfor dipping sauce for the onion rings and they said just take ketchup it's better anyway horrible service it was the young onesthe older people were okay and usually I get good service in the morning and the later hours but this day just was verydisrespectful I'm not going to hate on the place because they usually have great service but that young lady just didn't want todo her job one person ruined it for the whole place that day but it won't stop me from coming there. I've only been to this location a few times just picking up something light without issue, but the last time I sat in line for... 10 minutes of my lunch and it didn't move one time. Not sure what was going on but I didn't have time to get lunch anywhere elsethat day. Read more
Easy to order and fresh food! I?m disappointed that I asked for a float and they told me ?there isn?t a way to ring it up? so... they couldn?t get that for me. I don?t understand how that could be. UPDATE--havent been here in about 2 years now they have closed dine in and the food me and my daughter bought 20 minutes ago is... super cold how sad nothing has changed in 2 years!!!will never becoming back can't even get hot food at a fast food placesmh!!!!...took almost 10 minutes to get my food not one person in the drive thru..bought 2 bacon double cheese burgers bothcold.were both really bland and one tasted weeks old cheese looked super old also...won't be coming back that's for sure wasteof 7$ .. I decided to try this Burger King location because I didn't have a good experience at the Merritt Blvd location. A few days ago... I ordered my food through uber eats at the North Point Blvd location for the first time and my food was well prepared and hot.So this evening, I decided to order again through uber eats, and this time I called the restaurant and the Assistant Manager Brypicked up the phone, I asked if I can gets some extra zesty sauce and she hooked me up with a few! Thanx Bry, you are amazing!She was really nice, and I got exactly what I asked for with no issues. I definitly recommend this location! Read more
