I went through the drive thru at 5:30 in the morning. The store was virtually not busy only one customer in the store 1 behind... me in the drive thru. I ordered the pancake wrap with bacon. I pay for It. I received my order. I glanced inside there was anapkin and underneath the napkin and my food I assumed there was syrup to go with my food.... You know what they say aboutpeople who assume right? So I get to work on a 12 hour shift and I open up my bag and no syrup and my pancake wrap has sausageon it ! I can't even eat this ! I was the first customer @ 6am Sunday morning @the drive thru I gave the girl my order specifically what I want 2 Boston cream,... 2 Marc Mello, 2 honey dips, 2 jelly and told her to pick 4 others. When I got I noticed the box was taped and it looked likesomebody put tape all along the sides and it was pull off and tore the box and returned the dozen back to the store . And maybeon Saturday. Then on Sunday sold the the me the first customer the donuts look like the were handled one Boston cream waspicked open, one jelly was smashed in,both of the chocolate's and others where hard like the where sitting out overnight. Tothis was unexcusable to me. I call the Dundalk store where I bought the donuts and explained and said what I wrote here to andwas told there no return once I left the store there's nothing I could do. So I trashed them and will ever buy you productsever again and I will be posting this on my Facebook, Twitter, and my email accounts for all to see and see the comments andresponses. Read more
I ordered food in an app. I thought it would be easier drive thru but i was very disappointed and disgusted. The food wasn't in... a bag it was handed to me with all the grease in a sandwich box, i ask for napkins the person with his greasy gloves grab threenapkins and gave it to me then close the window and he walks away. I called him out he didn't even look back! The sandwich wasvery dry, not well made, there's only two bacon strips on my sourdough sandwich I've ordered. Good customer service, terrible quality control. Ordered a maple bacon croissant and the wrapper and sandwich had smudges of... broccoli all over. Sandwich was cold and the cheese was right out the fridge cold. Dissatisfied and Dissatisfied. I'll stickto just coffee next time. Read more
Stopped by this store this morning and received stale hashbrowns and room temperature coffee. Would have had them replace my... order, but was already down the block. This location used to be the best in the area. Read more
Love this location. Fast and friendly. but all the dunkin donuts need to get rid of the preorder lines. We all learned young to... wait our turn. I leave everytime someone cuts in line ! Read more
Worst Dunkin' I've ever been to. 9 times out of 10 something is wrong. Or an item is missing. Doesn't matter if its rush hour or... dead, it's always something. They seem to have at least ten people working there at a time when busy, but the management isseemingly lacking. I've witnessed on a few occasions the owner/manager just yelling at the employees instead of working withthem to fix problems. They could be great. The Merrit Dunkin just down the way is exceptional , never had a problem there.Update: the Merrit one sucks now too, new management. must be a relative of this owner. This machine needs some oil anddirection. (And whoever said they have a good selection of donuts, half the time they are out of chocolate frosted (a staple)what are you ordering lol?) P.S: when you put donuts/items in a bag you put them to the side. Not facing down so they stick tothe bag.
