Ive been coming in this store for years. Usually the workers are cheerful, friendly, helpful&kind hearted until recently? this... old bitty in here is just so rude, obnoxious, just down right nasty. A few wks ago i went in to buy cigarettes and the girl that was working said she was not of age to sell them...and that she... did.not know where the other worker was who could sell them. She even told me she texted her but no response..really?? Then sawanother worker and she said she was not of age to sell either..wow?? After 10 minutes i left...then recently i went into storeagain and told cashier whay had took pmace n they called over the asst mgr...she said yeah i know it was Alicia and walkedaway...so much for your.mgr...did not even apologize for what happened..YOU NEED BETTER MGR AND HAVE PEOPLE OF AGE TO WORK Read more
This is the worst convenience store in Dundalk Scott terrible management it's always dirty and you got terrible employees. It's... the most inconvenience convenience store I've ever been in. You pay high prices in a convenience store for the quick convenienceof getting in and out well you're in for a rude awakening when you go in there. You got one person on a cash register and 3employees talking about how to make chicken yes it's pathetic and I suggest you don't go in there go next door to the Wawa inand out. Really wish I could give a Zero just got Raw chicken , it's like they just dipped it in the oil before putting it under the... case. How hard is it to cook legs and thighs? Well the one time I wanted lottery, the old crotchetly lady told me I had to use machine, which I know is crappy, because I work... at 711 and I have both also. She is nasty and rude. Today I went in to purchase a soda. The area was a disaster. The young manthere had no name tag, did not say hello, nothing. Rang up the purchase, did not tell me my total, but yes I can read. Gave himmy money. Did not say thank you, nothing. Not one word was spoken from this young man during the whole transaction. I didproceed to tell him he need to learn customer service skills. If anyone else has experienced this, I would email their coperateoffices, which is my intention after this awful encounter. Read more
I cannot figure out which is worst...the customer service or the food. Sadly, both came from one lady. Maybe they influenced... each other. Her crappy attitude may have caused her to make crappy food. Or maybe, she knows the food is crappy, which causesher to have a crappy attitude.
