I worked there I?m so shocked?. I use to work in Germany at a military base as a assistant manager at a subway and this store... at wise ave is terrible the food isn?t the way it supposed to be prepped. The store is to hot while the fridge is open. Thebread has being prepped wrong. I wanted to help the store but they know better ???? wich is not true at all. The worst subway I?ve ever been to. We were the only customers in there and had to wait almost 5 mins to be acknowledged at all... by the 2 workers behind the counter. When I asked for a chopped salad the girl behind the counter blurted out we don?t do thatbefore I could even finish my sentence. I?ve been getting chopped salads at other locations for years. Both of them seemed likethey didn?t know what they were doing at all. Really feel bad for complaining since I think one is on the spectrum. I wascharged almost $10 for 2 small handfuls of lettuce and some vegetables. Never again going to this location. Read more

I walked in to an empty restaurant and greeted the man working only to be ignored. I waited 5 minutes while he worked on pick up... orders, all while he never said one word to me. I left without being able to place an order. I think they need to remember thatthere are Subways in nearly every shopping center and may want to focus on customer service skills and the customer standing infront of them. Very poor and will not be going to that one again. Read more

Not sure which is nastier, the food or the staff. I've tried this location twice and have had the same basic experience each... time. I tried to use a Subway coupon the first time and a very rude man said "No, no, we don't take coupons," and waved me offwith his hand. I just turned and walk out without saying anything. The second time I also had a coupon and when I showed it tothe clerk, she kept turning it over and over like she had never seen a coupon before. She went in the back and a male clerkcame out and was literally whispering in her ear in another language other than English. Doing that in any language is rudewhen doing that in front of a customer. Between them, they were apparently able to figure it out and eventually, she beganmaking the meatball sub I had requested. She barely put any sauce on it and I requested some more and she begrudgingly put asmall dollop more on the sub. Jeesh, you would have that the cost of the sauce was coming directly out of her paycheck! Sheproceeded to make the second sub, which turned out to be inedible. Subway food really isn't that good to start with, but bothof my experiences at the Wise Ave location were the worst. Do yourself a favor - spend your fast food dollars elsewhere andsave yourself a lot of attitude AND inedible food! Read more
