Lazy people work/run this location. Every-time I order from here I get no sauce that I order Every-time and the... incompetent/lazy/useless people that work here NEVER put it in the bag. You are paid to do a job, it?s not that hard. And to topit off the food is not even warm when I get it, just cold. Also ordered a drink, didn?t get a drink either that I paid for. Read more
For fast food, taco bell is my favorite but they definitely need to step up their game for special requests. My tacos were all... wrong so I had to go back in. Terrible service treated as if they are doing you a favor and annoyed you ask for anything. Order made wrong didn't add fresco... and when asked if could get as ordered on recite. Was told that fresco means no cheese so they took out the cheese and didn'tadd fresco which it tomatoes that replace sour cream & dairy at taco bell. While being ignored after asking for oder to replaceI noticed unsafe handling of foods. People not washing their hands after touching money and one workers had hair to her kneesswinging around touching every surface that all the food is stored and prepared on. I was so afraid of getting sick from thefood I didn't even eat it or even try get my money back. I mean if I couldn't even get tomatoes added like I had order I couldonly imagine what it would have taken to get my $7 back for 3 soft chicken tacos. I will never eat at that Taco Bell again. Sobe warned they do not practice safe handling of their food preparation and I know this cause I grew up in culinary kitchen andknow the rules and safe practices of food handing and preparations and I definitely saw several violations. What is the big idea with not being able to get the customizable cravings box through the drive through? You should make it more... clear on your menu that certain things are only offered in store. Really makes no difference from you handing it to me over thecounter or through the window?.. the items that you?re allowed to get in the box aren?t limited and are very much on yourregular menu so what is the big issue? We always get pretty good service from this location. Line is always long because they are always busy but do their best to get... everyone through in a timely matter. Mexican pizza has been sold out for over a month now though but I?m pretty sure that?schain wide and not just this location. Read more
food was fresh and the drive thru was fast..great customer service and friendly...didn't think the drinks in the drive thru... window were very appealing or good for business. but to each is there own! Update April 2022 have ate here twice since than andthe food is horrible literally bought food 10 mins ago inside and live behind them and the food is ice cold threw it over inthere lot never again!!! Service was horrible ,they did not know how to make the order ,when I called they hung up on me .and then they screened my calls... , also refused to answer the phone I ordered a steak soft taco with just meat and cheese with avocado ranch also all the foodwas cold as you see the cinnamon twist are barely in the bag and this was just one I ordered two they gave me an extra hard tacothat I never asked for the employees was dancing in the drive-through a young lady was My Chalupa?s we?re supposed to have steakcheese and avocado ranch no lettuce as you see the order is totally incorrect I paid $40 for this disgusting meal Read more
I think its time to just stop going to this location. They NEVER GET THE ORDER RIGHT!!! They never have soda . How much do u... make me buying on the Mobile app then then not having any soda there all out. Why is this store still in business. We coulddefinitely do with out this sad always out of everything restaurant. No more I will drive to Essex. Read more
