A veggie xl pizza cost me $29. I was told it comes with tomato and broccoli. Thats it. You had to pay $2.75 for every topping.... What the hell!. Will never go back. New management. Too expensive! Read more
First they delivered my pizza to the wrong address then they brought me my pizza which was undercooked and the dough was raw.... Also they didn't put my garlic sauce in the pizza that i paid for but they did bring me a soda because they messed up. It'sbeen bad lately I won't order from there anymore. Read more
I couldn?t even get a person to answer the phone. Though the recording told me numerous times that my call was important. After... 4 minutes I didn?t feel so important. This used to be our go to place having lived here for 17 years. Read more
Usually I never have a problem with the business, however lately they answer the phone like they hate their life!!! If you don?t... like your job, move on. You choose to be an employee. They talk to you, like they are so miserable, which puts me in a bad mood.Once I start getting the same tone, they don?t like it!!! The girl on the phone in the afternoon hours has been pretty rude during the menu changes they're making & messing up orders. We... order usually once a week from here. During one of those orders, we received ( I'm assuming by accident) an outdated menu. Thenabout 5 days later we ordered again, using that same menu (we had no idea the menus were being revamped, aka we were using anoutdated menu). When the food arrived the price was almost 3 dollars more expensive. I called the restaurant and asked about theprice change. The girl on the phone stated "Sir, like with every other place in the area we had to raise our prices. That'swhy." I then said oh i'm sorry, it's just that I got this menu a week ago so I didn't think it was old. The girl talking thensaid "Sir that's impossible." I said Sorry, then hung up I figured it was a one time thing and she was having a bad day. Almosta week later I asked for a calzone with some toppings and she called back to make sure I *only* wanted the toppings and nothingelse (which was incorrect). It was then stated for the calzone to also have "white sauce" instead of "red sauce" in the calzone.I cut into the calzone the next day (full from the previous days food), and it contained red sauce, not white sauce. I'm notsure if she's trying to push customers away or not. It'll be a while before I order here again. Read more
The Italian cold cuts were so good my favorite. It has been awhile, but I was a little disappointed with it tonight!
