Well this star is not for the smoothies at all. I love there smoothies and I am a almost a daily customer. This is one of my... favorite places. I go early not long after they open and I don't like to complain much but this is the 3x I went and no one isthere to take the order in drive thru. I beep the horn no answer then drive around to window same no ones there to take order.This is like 20 minutes after they are supposed to be open. So now it's been 3x they have lost my business. Today seen 2 othercars driving away so definitely losing business with non prepared openers. It's ashame won't be wasting my time in the morninganymore. Read more
Pick up an order today .African American girl staff ignor me and helps person behind me , who was also African American guy .... Even after that she didn't assist me I have to call another staff to pick up my order. Very disappointed with this behavior. Read more
Me and momz went there Thursday 4 her 1st time trying tropical smoothie. She tried the strawberry smoothie and was HOOKED,lol..... I?m a 6 day per week customer so there?s a lot of opportunities to observe the customer service and I have not been disappointed... one time. The customer service is excellent. They are extremely pleasant and focused on getting you the right order in anexpeditious manner. Obviously I enjoy the smoothies however I highly recommend this location for their great energy andexcellent customer service. Read more
