Went to the store this morning about 9:5-0 am. I ordered a egg sub we wanted extra eggs. I hit special request so I could tell... the person that I wanted extra eggs. Went and paid for everything. When I went to pick the sub up I told the girl that it neededto have extra eggs. She told me nobody told her. She never asked what the special request was. Read more
This place deserves a better review I come here three times a day. They try very hard to keep the lines down, about 80 percent... of the employees make me feel welcome. The food is almost always good. But I mean if there?s a problem let them know they willfix it. They even got the kids to stop coming in and trashing the place. Read more
i ordered a chicken salad sub on door dash i got it with stale bread. then i ordered it again and made sure it wasn?t stale,... we?ll then they didn?t give me enough chicken it?s all bread, then i went to the store and got a free sub to make up for it. hegave me less chicken and it?s all bread still. the manger or whoever is working the front name micheal is every disrespectfuland rude! My husband ordered me an Italian cold cut. Lettuce, tomatoes, onions, hots and banana peppers. My sub was made sloppy and not... what I asked for . The lady behind the counter was rude when asked about Turkey bowls. She said we never had them. The subsshould be made as if you are making food for yourself and family. I placed my order and did not select lettuce to be put on my sandwich. I saw them add it and told them I didn?t request it to be... added. They opened the sandwich to confirm there was lettuce and on the ticket didn?t have it on there. But instead of making mea new one she just wrapped up the same one with lettuce still on it and handed it to me. Terrible service. Read more
