This is the 3rd time in 8 weeks or so we've gone to KFC at University Plaza, and we were disappointed every time. The first... time we went for a bucket of chicken, and had to wait almost 30mns, because they were out of white chicken during dinner hour!And the fries were like cardboard. The second time it was before dinner hour, and we had to wait 30mns or more, because theywere out of the dark meat - fries like cardboard again! And my friend went to pick up food again tonight, later though, andagain they were out of white meat, and fries, and he was told yet again it would be 30mns. Also, he said the staff clearlydidn't care, and even laughed about it. Well That is the last time we spend our money at that KFC. Absolutely the worst kfc in hamilton. Everything was cold and only went down the street so it wasn't that. Fries were old as was... the chicken sandwich. Literally only got 2 little pieces of lettuce and a day of sauce. Will never go back again. Tried to calland no one would answer either. Read more
On Sunday October 30th 2022 at this location i witnessed 5 people come in and walked out of KFC in less than 10 minutes due to... bad service. Only 1 person running kitchen and till from 535pm to 6pm. Also, inquired about Kentucky bucket, staff says shewas unable to ring it in as I had to order online. Kfc app was also slow. I was quite disappointed when she said that becausethis was done before at this location. They put my food in used no frills bags. Ewe!! Spent $50 & that's what I get! There was no skin on the chicken & just a little... bit of spice. I would give 0 stars if I could. Absolutely disgusting food! Now I know why no one was in there at dinner time ona Saturday night! Lesson learned! Read more
Haven't gone to KFC for over 1 yr. Food seems greasier, too over battered, fries are more shoestring which I don't like. The... girl who took the order was nice the girl that gave us the order seemed bored, lazy as didn't ask if we wanted condiments, dipsor napkins etc. Read more
The food was cold. The popcorn chicken was rubbery, undercooked and tasteless. The chicken crunch sandwich was limp and soggy... and they gave us a spicy zinger sandwich when we specifically asked for 2 of the regular crunch sandwiches. The store smellslike a dirty mop, which should have been my first clue, not to eat there. I can guarantee that I'll never be back! Read more
God awful service. Terrible food. I don't have a high bar for KFC. But the Dundas location has never been worth my while. For... example, one time I ordered a combo and wasn't offered condiments or napkins. Furthermore, the sandwhich looked like it wasslapped together rather than made with care or attention to detail.
