Drive-thru is backed up around the building, decide to mobile order and pick up curbside, had to wait 10 minutes, then walked... inside and grabbed my food. If I had just taken the drive-thru I would have been gone 5 minutes prior. The service year isalways ridiculously slow, and the staff always seem unbothered. Read more

The amount of stars I want to supply is the amount of extra onions and pickles they supplied on my burger that I paid extra... for... which is zero.. none .. nadda. We asked for them to remake them.. and then he sent us to speak to the manager. Jadethe manager appeared angry as ever with a bad attitude. She then lead us to believe she was going to make our burgers correct.. when she gave them to us half unwrapped and with less of the amount of condiments on our burger with what we returned it with.She reassured us that she made them herself but we let her know that it was less than what we paid for. She then gave usattitude when we complained that it wasn't extra.. but insisted on giving us a Cup of onions.. . Terrible customer service.Sad I paid this much for a stale bun .. Read more
This is hands down one of the worst McDonald's in Canada. Sadly it's the only one around so I'm forced to go there well I'm on... the run, even sader is out of the 4 times I end up there a week 3 of the meals will be wrong . Today was the final straw when Iordered a big mac and it came with no meat !!!!. When I returned the manager was rude and unhelpful several times looking downand texting well dealing with me.not to mention I ordered on the app and still had to wait 15 min at curbside . I highly suggestjust going to tim Hortons across the road and save yourself the hassle of wrong orders and unhelpful mean staff . Read more
The worst food ever, have you ever heard of a seasoned chicken breast, and I know it isn't rocket science making a poutine, ... fresh fries, cheese and hot gravy over top to melt the cheese. I got soggy fries, cheese and cold gravy on top, you do thescience. Quality control at this McDonald's is non existent, when asked to speak on the phone to the manager, was told justgive us your name and address we'll send you a coupon. This McDonald's and their staff are very awesome. They work well as a team and their food is well prepared. The ice cream is not... broken most times and they even give you a pretty big portion. Read more
