Incredibly disappointed. I order from the Waterdown location allot and it seems as though the portion sizes keep getting... smaller. This time it?s significantly small, I ordered and paid for all items to have extra food yet we received regular size.This is the last I?m ordering from Osmows. The delivery guy was awesome though. I used to love this place and it was a weekly fave well not anymore. I went today to get the fatoush salad with chicken.... when... I got my salad there was literally 8 tiny shreds of chicken on it and 3 pita pieces. I went in and said there is no chicken onmy 15 dollar salad the employee told me head office has changed portion sizes.... then change prices... don't charge me 15dollars for a box of lettuce and call it a chicken salad. We've been several times at Waterdown location, and every time we had the best experience. Everything was fresh, well spiced and... served with courtesy. Fries are always made to perfection! It's absolutely the best place to enjoy Osmow's dinner. We'll beback again very soon, and we need to make a special trip from Mississauga! Read more
I ordered a medium chicken shawarma on the rocks with lettuce, pickles, turnips, extra onions and extra chicken. I paid about $5... extra for the vegetables and they were super stingy with the quantity. I probably got only a pinch of lettuce, definitely notextra onions and only 2 slices of pickles. $0.75 for 2 slices of pickles? I've been to many other osmows and that is not howthey usually do it. I also definitely didn't get extra chicken. I'm used to getting this and having the thing over flowing withveggies, that is definitely not what I received today. So much for national shawarma day. Most horrible experience EVER. Stopped by for a quick pick up with my family. There was a guy at the cash who couldn?t figure... out how to punch in the order. I patiently waited, as he was a trainee, but after waiting 15 min I asked someone else to takeout order. Then waited 35 minutes to get out good. The poutine had NO salt on the fried and only LITERALLY 3 cheese curds. Over$60 dollars for 2 wraps, a kids junior chicken meal and a poutine. I will stick to Popeyes from herein in. I love Osmows at other locations but this one regularly disappoints on freshness and I always leave regretting it but hoping it... was just an off visit. Most recent visit: the garbages were completely full so you couldn?t even discard waste after meal,tables were all filthy and no excuse for this as there no customers in the store yet 2 people working. When it came to beingserved, the employee was on phone with AirPods in while taking order, continued to chat while making order and used same greasygloves to handle cash and give me back change to proceed to make salad and shawarma on rocks. I will not be back again. I wasable to overlook mediocre food since no other shawarma options in town, but harder to overlook the poor customer service, lackof cleanliness, and un-hygienic handling of cash and making food with same gloves - clearly training needs to be much better.
