The Barista Amir was exceptionally rude. He made it clear my order was an inconvenience to him, and when I dumped my teabag in... the garbage, he yelled at me for putting it in the wrong place (apparently that is the proper place to put it after all!) . Thisfellow obviously hates working in a a customer service position. Time to move on and get a life that makes you happier Amir!I'll pass on this Starbucks in the future, just to avoid the possibility of coming in contact with him! Read more
Standard star bucks location the Store was clean and was busy. The person that took my order was super friendly. The only reason why I took away a... star is because the cashier punched my order in wrong, but the barista that was making my drink didn't say anything to me,roller her eyes, and started being rather loud and aggressive with her motions when making the drinks. This location boasts an incredible patio and an inviting indoor space. The location seems quite popular and we noticed many... folks knew each other and were talking and laughing and bonding on running into each other at the downtown coffeehouse. We alsonoticed how comfortable and accommodating the furniture and the people on the outdoor patio space were to dogs, passers-by,direction seekers and children. This location absolutely has a neighborhood-hub vibe and staff hustled to keep the drinkscoming. The highlight of this visit was the regular statements the staff offered about which drinks were being worked on andwhat was coming up next. My mum and I always order from here whenever we have errands to run or a long drive to go. Staff are always friendly and... helpful. My mother is an epileptic and once she was in the store when an ambulance went by, the staff helped her avoid thelights and let her know when it was safe to go out. Overall a wonderful place to get a treat or drink. Read more
